| Objective: To explore the application of new type bone cement injector(lateral opening)in percutaneous vertebroplasty,then compare the difference between new type bone cement injector and conventional bone cement injector(vertical opening),and evaluate the clinical value of the new type bone cement injector in osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Methods: From December 2014 to December 2016,used the randomized grouping scheme of envelope method,42 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures were divided into new type bone cement injector group(n=21)and conventional bone cement injector group(n=21)randomly,and used the two different kinds of bone cement injector respectively.All patients were treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty,then injected bone cement in pedicle approach and unilateral puncture with multiple fluoroscopy,and recorded operation time,intraoperative fluoroscopy times,bone cement injection volume,visual analogue scale and bone cement leakage cases.The data of the two groups were analyzed by statistical method,and compared the statistical significance.Results: According to different groups,42 patients were treated with new type bone cement injector or conventional bone cement injector.All patients underwent operation of bone cement was injected smoothly,and there is no obvious complications.Operation time: new type bone cement injector group 36.29±3.80 min,conventional bone cement injector group 42.24±5.36 min,there was statistical significance betweenthe two groups.Intraoperative fluoroscopy times: new type bone cement injector group10.90±1.45 times,conventional bone cement injector group 15.86±1.77 times,there was statistical significance between the two groups.Bone cement injection volume: new type bone cement injector group 4.07 ± 0.53 ml,conventional bone cement injector group 4.16 ± 0.57 ml,there was no statistical significance between the two groups.Visual analogue scale postoperative: new type bone cement injector group 2.82±0.58 score,conventional bone cement injector group 2.63 ± 0.17 score,there was no statistical significance between the two groups,but the two groups visual analogue scale postoperative was statistical significance with preoperative.Bone cement leakage case:new type bone cement injector group 1 case,conventional bone cement injector group 6cases,there was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion: The treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures with the new type bone cement injector can relieve the pain of patients significantly,and there is no difference between the two bone cement injector groups.The new type bone cement injector use special lateral opening,then adjust the direction of bone cement injection,and can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative fluoroscopy times,reduce the leakage of bone cement by the predetermined injecting method. |
