Effect Of Enteral Nutrition,parenteral Nutrition Combined With Acupuncture In Management Of Postsurgical Gastroparesis Syndrome

Objective: To observe and analyse the effect of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition combined with acupuncture in management of postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome.Methods:Collect and analyze the data from January 2005 to October 2016 for patients with gastroparesis after radical subtotal gastrectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wangnan Medical College,Postoperative gastroparesis patients were divided into the group of enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture(n = 12),the group of parenteral nutrition combined of acupuncture(n = 9),and the group of enteral nutrition(n = 9)according to whether or not accept enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition combined with acupuncture treatment,then compared the postoperative hospital stay and postoperative lymphocyte count,hemoglobin,total protein and albumin between the two groups.Results: The postoperative hospital stay of the group of enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture,the group of parenteral nutrition combined of acupuncture,and the group of enteral nutrition are 24.83±8.66 d,35.78±11.69 d,26.67±9.04 d.The postoperative hospital stay of the group of enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture and the group of enteral nutrition was significantly lower than the group of parenteral nutrition combined of acupuncture(p<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay of the group of enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture was less the group of enteral nutrition,but the difference had no statistical significance(p>0.05).Two week after operation,the patient's albumin in the group of enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture and the group of enteral nutrition were significantly higher than the group of parenteral nutrition combined of acupuncture(p<0.05).the patient's hemoglobin in the group of entetral nutrition was higher than the group of parenteral nutrition,the difference had statistical significance.In the group of enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture,total protein and albumin in the two week after operation were more than one week after operation.In the group of enteral nutrition,hemoglobin in the two week after operation were more than one week after operation.Conclusion: Intrenteral nutrition combined with acupuncture and simple intestinal nutrition can significantly improve postoperative gastric paralysis.Compare with parenteral nutrition,the decrease in the length of hospital stay and the improvement of nutritional status were not apparent in enteral nutrition combined with acupuncture.
