Healthcare Business Process Mining Method Based On Behavior Profile Of Petri NET

At present,in order to improve the internal management and improve the service outsider,many healthcare institutions break the original management thinking to optimize healthcare service process and change the "three long a short" phenomenon which transform the process that the patient adjust the hospital service to the process that the hospital adjust the patient's need.Therefore,the design and optimization of healthcare process become a priority for management and operation of healthcare institutions.Most of the existing mining methods of healthcare process record events in the event log through the information system of healthcare institutions and min the event log related attributes to get related healthcare business process.By using this mining technology,that can get the actual operation process of the system,which is helpful for the healthcare institutions to improve the healthcare service system timely.Therefore,the research on the healthcare service process mining method has great practical value and theoretical significance.Most of the traditional data mining mining the data by association rules,clustering,decision tree,neural network and support vector machine method.Some of these methods is to establish business process model related to the system by a direct causal relationship between the dependent activities.Some methods which can dig out the indirect dependencies between activities can't resolve the behavior relationship fundamentally between activities.This paper mining healthcare business process by healthcare business process method based on behavior profile which can do healthcare business process from behavioral relationships between each activity of the healthcare business process.It can solve the behavior relationship between activities and behavior fundamentally.Meanwhile,this paper presents the merge of the healthcare business process and the analysis of the change of the healthcare process after merge.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In the situation of the unknown original healthcare business process,puts forward the method of healthcare business process model based on the event log mining of healthcare business process.In the light of those event log,using a healthcare business process data mining algorithm based on Petri net.the first one analysis the relationship between activities in the event log through the concept of weak order relation to sure the week order relationship weak between activity and activity,then through the weak order relation to calculate the behavior profile among activity for determining the original healthcare model.Finally,compared with the initial healthcare.(2)Consider the new trend that different healthcare business process merge to new one,put forward the merger of healthcare business process and an analysis method of merged change domain.According to the behavior profile and the complex relationships between activities and activities,to sure the abstract of healthcare business process,and then to find out the change of region of the original healthcare business process model by the abstract,and the reason why generate this situation.The way combine the the relations between the activities,analysis the exchange field after merged,improve the accuracy of the analysis domain.
