Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation And Multi-factor Study Of Hemorrhagic Cystitis

Objective Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has become an effective method for treatment of malignancies,is also the only way to cure some diseases of the blood.And hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and issue a higher incidence of hemorrhagic cystitis,affected the survival rate of patients.Study after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and risk factors of hemorrhagic cystitis,and to predict the possibility of hemorrhagic cystitis appear all sorts of adverse events.Methods In June 2014-October 2016 in the people's hospital of ningbo yinzhou confirmed the blood system and hematopoietic stem cells in treating malignant tumors of the clinical data of 100 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Through single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis of screening and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation the related risk factors of postoperative concurrent hemorrhagic cystitis,Comparison of hemorrhagic cystitis and non hemorrhagic cystitis group in age,sex,disease types,the types of transplantation,pretreatment of drugs,medicines to prevent GVHD,CMV infection,BK virus urine,aGVHD9 aspects of difference.Study of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation the related risk factors for hemorrhagic cystitis.Results hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and hemorrhagic cystitis incidence:100 patients were successfully implanted in 100 cases,including 22 cases of hemorrhagic cystitis incidence was 22%.15 cases were male,female 7 cases.Single factor analysis showed that there are three risk factors closely related to the occurrence of hemorrhagic cystitis(1)the types of transplantation(X2 = 100.000,P<0.001),(2)the CMV infection(X2 = 5.288;P =0.021)and(3)BK virus urine(X2 = 23.310,P<0.001).Then the above was statistically significant(P<0.05)the risk factors of Logistic regression analysis,only the BK virus urine as a risk factor for hemorrhagic cystitis(P<0.05,OR = 4.758).In the case of other factors unchanged,people with BK virus urine the possibility of hemorrhagic cystitis is 4.758 times of BK virus urine.Conclusion Hemorrhagic cystitis is one of the important complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,BK virus urine is hemorrhagic cystitis independent factors,risk increased significantly.
