Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) is a widely available treatment for a variety of malignant and nonmalignant disorders in clinical work, including hematologic diseases, solid tumors and autoimmune diseases, improve the patients’ quality of life and the hope of survival.Hemorrhagic cystitis(HC) is a common complication following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, typical Clinical manifestations range from painless gross hematuria and to urinary tract obstruction, sever renal failure, significantly reduce patients’ survival and prognosis after HSCT,even can be fatal.Given the timing of its occurrence, HC can be divided into early onset(occurring within 3 days after transplantation) and late onset( occurring 3 days later) sub-types. Early-onset HC mainly results from uroepithelial injury induced by chemotherapy/irradiation during conditioning, while late-onset HC is frequently associated with viral infection and graft-versus-host disease(GVHD). According to the risk factors、diagnostic criteria and therapeutics of HC after HSCT, to guide clinicians’ s work. According to different timing of its occurrence and the different pathogenic factors, Clinicians can early diagnosis and early intervention it,can improve the patients’ survival rate and prognosis.
