ObjectiveThis study describes the epidemiological status of multimorbidity in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),and reveals the epidemiological characteristics of multimorbidity in patients with STEMI and provides an epidemiological basis for multimorbidity management and prevention and treatment to provide epidemiological basis in STEMI patients.MethodsData from the Chinese Medical Association project "China Acute Myocardial Infarction Treatment Project" ? monitoring data, selected patients according to the project program to establish a database, the study extracted part of the database information for in-depth analysis, and ultimately get 9,483 subjects.Covariates include region, gender, age, ethnicity, educational level, marital status and so on.Seven diseases(hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cerebrovascular disease, lipid metabolism disorder, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic kidney disease Atrial fibrillation and heart failure)were included in this study on multimorbidity. The count data were described by the number of cases(composition ratio). The chi-square test were used for population and regional distribution and the SPSS20.0 software package was used for all statistical analysis.1.A total of 9483 STEMI patients,7494(79.0%)and female 1989(21.0%)were enrolled in this study.Age distribution of 20 to 98 years, mean age 61.3+12.6 years old.The most common diseases are hypertension(48.6%),diabetes(20.4%),cerebrovascular disease(9.8%).STEMI patients with a disease of 38.1%;2 kinds of disease multimorbidity was 18.2%;3 disease co-morbidity of 4.3%;? 4 kinds of diseases such as the disease,0.8%,it is up to7 diseases multimorbidity.2.The patients with STEMI were associated with hypertension(71.7%)and diabetes mellitus(47.1%).The main multimorbidity of the three diseases were high Blood pressure, diabetes and cerebrovascular disease coexist(38.2%).The most common form of coma in STEMI patients is the coexistence of hypertension and diabetes.3.STEMI patients with 1,2,3 diseases, the proportion of women were higher than men,?55 years old were higher than 55 years of age, gender, age differences were statistically significant(P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000,P= 0.000,P= 0.003).4.STEMI in patients with hypertension, the proportion of women than men, statistically significant(P=0.000)differences before the age of 55 is higher than the proportion of men ?55,it was statistically significant(P=0.006)differences,women 55(P=0.000).The proportion of STEMI patients with hypertension and diabetes was higher than that of male(P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000)before,there was statistically significant(P=0.000)differences,men and women ?55 years of age was higher than the proportion of 55,was statistically significant(P=0.000,P=0.041),the difference with hypertension, diabetes comorbidity were to(P=0.000).The proportion of STEMI patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cerebrovascular disease was higher than that of male(P=0.000),and the ratio of male to female was 55 years old,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000),Resultthere was no significant difference(P=0.068),before the age of 55 is higher than the proportion of women ?55,was statistically significant(P=0.032)differences with hypertension, diabetes, cerebrovascular disease were sick with North China the highest proportion,Statistically significant different(P=0.007)?Conclusion1.The multimorbidity rate of patients with ERI STEMI was 23.3%.2.The multimorbidity of the two diseases were common in the two diseases, and the female patients were ? 55 years old and the comorbidities in East China were higher. The co-morbid pattern was mainly coexistence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus.3.The multimorbidity of the three diseases in the FAI patients were higher in women,?55 years and northeast, and the multimorbidity pattern was mainly for hypertension and diabetic cerebrovascular diseases.
