The Influence Factors Of Endothelial Function And The Value Of Ultrasonic Diagnosis Among Healthy People In Ethnic Minority Area In Guangxi

Purpose: To study the influence factors of endothelial function and the value of ultrasonic diagnosis among healthy people from 20 to 80 years old in Guangxi,Chinese ethnic minority area.Methods:(1)Selected 749 cases of 20-80 years old healthy people who long-term living in ethnic minority areas in Guangxi as the research objects.They had been ruled out of clinically diagnosed coronary heart disease,stroke,and peripheral arterial disease,kidney disease,diabetes mellitus and hypertensive disease;Had been ruled out of menstrual,pregnant women and nursing mothers.(2)Research content contained questionnaire,physical examination and ultrasonic testing of the brachial artery flow mediated diastolic dysfunction(FMD),brachial artery diameters,blood flow velocity and the time of change before and after the reactive hyperemia.Results:(1)The single factor analysis showed that FMD in different ethnic,age,gender,and smoking status difference was statistically significant,however,there was no significant differences in different body mass index and drink set.(2)Logistic regression analysis results showed that the nationality,age and gender were independent factors affecting vascular endothelial function.the FMD of the ethnic Miao is higher than other ethnic groups,elderly group of FMD significantly lower than that of young and middle-aged group,FMD in women is greater than the men.(3)correlation analysis showed that FMD and brachial artery diameter,the blood flow velocity of tube cavity was significantly negative correlation,and the expansion of the peak time and the blood flow velocity maximum time significantly positively related.With congestion after blood velocity of the reaction time has no obvious correlation.Conclusion:(1)Endothelial function exists ethnic differences,in which the ethnic Miao of FMD is higher,the ethnic Han of FMD was lower than those of other ethnic minorities,so should pay attention to the ethnic differences influence on endothelial function.(2)meanwhile,age and gender participation in the pathogenesis of endothelial function damage.(3)ultrasonic testing index can be used to response the changes of vascular endothelial function.
