Purpose: To evaluate the multivariate ultrasonography of breast ductal carcinoma in situ and evaluate the value of multimodal ultrasonography in the detection of ductal carcinoma in situ.To explore the clinical value of multi-mode ultrasonography in guiding breast cancer in situ Individualized treatment regimens provide a reliable basis. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed 75 hospitalized patients with breast ductal carcinoma in situ from August 2010 to January 2017 in breast surgery department at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, the patients were female, aged 26-79 years, mean age at 47.39 ± 10.85 years old.All patients underwent multimodal ultrasonography(Conventional Ultrasound,Color Doppler Ultrasound Imaging,Microcalcification Imaging,Panoramic Uitrasound Image,Urtrasound Elastography).Seventy-five patients with breast ductal carcinoma were underwent biopsy guided by multimodal ultrasonography.Pathological examination was performed on the specimens and analyzed by immunohistochemical staining.Using the BI-RADS classification standard proposed by ACR to record the score, make preliminary classification of the test results.Reference to Alder semi-quantitative method to determine the blood supply situation. The hardness of the lesion was scored by Luo Baoming modified 5 points method.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to calculate the data, which were expressed by mean standard deviation. The value of P <0.05 was used to detect whether the difference was statistically significant or not.Results:1?72 cases of lump type,of which 47 cases of microcalcification, calcification in 3 cases.BI-RADS 4A in 69 cases, accounting for 92.00%(69/75),BI-RADS 3 in 3 cases, accounting for 4.00%(3/75),BI-RADS 0 in 3 cases, accounting for 4.00%(3/75).There were 72 cases of colony growth, accounting for 100.00%(72/72).Irregular shape of 69 cases, accounting for 95.83%(69/72).The edge is not complete in 65 cases, accounting for 90.28%(65/72).Accompanied by microcalcification in 47 cases, accounting for 65.28%(47/72).The echo rate of the rear was 15 cases, accounting for 20.83%(15/72).Blood supply for the 54 cases, accounting for 75.00(54/72).UE score <4 in 64 cases, accounting for 88.89%(64/72),suggesting that DCIS to soft-based.Multivariate ultrasonography showed that DCIS lesion diameter was highly correlated with postoperative pathologic diameter, and the correlation coefficient was 0.948,which was statistically significant(P = 0.000).2?72 cases of lumps using multi-modal ultrasound positioning guided biopsy, were made a one-time success of the pathological results,no significant complications occurred.3 cases of pure microcalcification using multi-mode ultrasound guided wire biopsy, were a one-time Successfully achieved pathological results,no wire shift, break, fall off.Biopsy results were DCIS-MI in 30 cases, accounting for 40.00%(30/75),DCIS in 45 cases, accounting for 60.00%(45/75).Conclusion: 1?DCIS multimodal ultrasound showed parallel growth, irregular shape, incomplete edge, with microcalcification, rich blood supply and soft lesions, improve the understanding of DCIS on its early diagnosis has important guiding significance and application value.2?Multivariate ultrasound localization leads DCIS biopsy with high success rate and early diagnosis of DCIS.
