Objective:To investigate the risk factors of acute pancreatitis after treatment of ERCP,to provide a basis for the prevention of postoperative acute pancreatitis.Method:Retrospective analysis of 282 cases of choledocholithiasis patients with ERCP treatment of clinical data, from May 2014 to June 2016,Guangxi Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of Gastroenterology and General Surgery.Collecting the relevant factors of patients' own factors and intraoperative operation,SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for univariate chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis to select out the independent risk factors of acute pancreatitis after treatment of ERCP.Result:282 cases of common bile duct stones post-ERCP,15 cases occurred acute pancreatitis, the incidence was 5.32%.Univariate chi-square test showed that duodenal diverticulum(?2=10.421,P=0.001),intubation difficulties(?2=16.130,P=0.001),pancreatic duct development(?2=6.342,P=0.012),operating time(?2=6.952,P=0.008)are related with postoperative pancreatitis(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that intubation difficulties(OR=11.166,P=0.002)and pancreatic duct development(OR=14.270,P=0.003)are risk factors for pancreatitis after ERCP.Conclusion:Duodenal diverticulum, intubation difficulties, pancreatic duct development, operation time may lead to ERCP postoperative acute pancreatitis.Intubation difficulties and pancreatic duct development are the independent risk factor for acute pancreatitis after ERCP.By analyzing these risk factors, provide the basis for clinical prevention, which is beneficial for reducing the occurrence of pancreatitis after ERCP,reducing medical costs and reducing the suffering of patients.
