Objective:To research the clinical manifestations and pathological features characteristics of membranous nephropathy combined with clonorchiosis patients. Methods: There are 27 cases of patients diagnosed as membranous nephropathy combined with liver fluke disease from April 1st 2010 to October 1st 2015 in the renal Division, Department of Medicine,of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university renal medicine. The 27 patients were regarded as our research group. Another 27 cases patients diagnosed idiopathic membranous nephropathy excluding Clonorchiasis were chosen to be control group.Collecting their clinical and pathological data.Record the data on all of the patient's general condition (including Gender, Age,Blood pressure), laboratory indexes (including Urea nitrogen,Serum creatinine,Uric acid,Immunoglobuin A,Immunoglobuin M,Immunoglobuin G,C-reactive protein,Erithrocyte sedimentation rate,Eosinophils Hemoglobin,Total cholestremrol,Triglyceride,Albumin,Estimated glomerular filtration rate, Serum cystatin C,serum IgG/C3 and Albumin), renal biopsy pathological indicators and so on.All stastistics were performed using PASW(SPSS) software, version 17.0.Differences were considered significant with P value<0.05.Comparing and analyzing the clinical and pathological data of the two group? And analyzing the correlation between the levels of eGFR and clinical pathological indicators. Results:The membranous nephropathy combined with clonorchiosis patients are with higher serum creatinine, eosinophils,Serum cystatin C,lower hemoglobin, albumin,eGFR,more easily to occur mesangial cell proliferation, damage of renal tubulointerstitium, compared with the control group.Under the immunofluorescence, we also found IgM, C4, and C1q deposited on the vascular loops, excepting IgG and C3.Conclusion:1 .The MN combined with clonorchiasi patients were more prone to kidney damage than the IMN except clonorchiasi.2.The liver fluke may damage tubulointerstitium of patients with membranous nephropathy.3.The MN combined with clonorchiasi patients prone to mesangial cell hyperplasia, a variety of immune complex deposition, has a tendency to be a kind of secondary kidney disease.
