| Objective: The purpose of this study is the study of prescription“Chang Yu Decoction” paroxetine in the treatment of depressive disorder of synergy,and discuss its efficiency,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the mechanism of action of compliance may.Methods: The clinical observation of 100 cases of patients with moderately severe depressive disorders,adopt the method of random grouping,were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy group and the list of western medicine control group,each 50 cases in each group,the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint "paroxetine" combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,western medicine control group adopts "paroxetine" single treatment,western medicine therapy for eight weeks,8 weeks after treatment group and control group before and after treatment of Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD,17)score change is used to evaluate the degree of depression symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom score changes to assess TCM symptoms improved,scale to measure Asberg antidepressants used(SERS)to assess the degree of adverse reactions of antidepressant,and its social function score to assess patients on the improvement of their social function,using SPSS17.0 to the rating of the two groups after treatment of 8 weeks after statistical analysis,to observe the curative effect of treatment group andcontrol group,the differences between the adverse reaction and compliance.Results : Through statistical analysis,the result is: 1,Chinese traditional medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint "paroxetine" of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment group and western medicine single medication "paroxetine" control can significantly improve patients with Hamilton depression rating scale,compared with before treatment,two groups of curative effect is distinct,the significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.2,Chinese traditional medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint "paroxetine" of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment group and western medicine"paroxetine can improve the symptoms of depression in patients with single drug control group,compared with before treatment,two groups of curative effect is significant,the significant difference(P < 0.05),statistically significant;And traditional Chinese medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint"paroxetine" of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment group is superior to western medicine "paroxetine" single medicine control group,significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.3,Chinese traditional medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint"paroxetine" of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment group and western medicine "paroxetine" single medicine control group both can improve the social function of the patients,compared with before treatment,two groups of curative effect is significant,the significant difference(P < 0.05);And traditional Chinese medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint "paroxetine" of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment group is superior to western medicine"paroxetine" single medicine control group,significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.4,Chinese traditional medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint "paroxetine" of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine than western medicine treatment group "paroxetine" lessadverse reaction,the single medicine control group significant difference(P < 0.05);And traditional Chinese medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint"paroxetine" of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine treatment group compared with western medicine "paroxetine" single medication adherence to high medicine control group,significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Chinese medicine "Chang Yu Decoction" joint "paroxetine combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of western medicine method to improve the symptoms of patients with depression,social function and adverse reactions,clinical curative effect is superior to use" paroxetine,and lower loss rate,high compliance,in order to improve the patients' long-term cure rate. |
