Objective:The purpose of this study is to summarize and analyze the distribution features of focal points of peripheral facial paralysis with the meridian obstruction syndrome in the State of Depression, and reveal the internal mechanism of the distribution to provide new clinical interventions and objective basis for focal points of peripheral facial paralysis with the meridian obstruction syndrome in the State of Depression. So we expect to open up new ideas and new methods to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of meridian obstruction syndrome in the State of Depression. Methods:In this study, through the “Rating Scale of TCM with The State of Depression” and “Rating Scale of TCM with the State of Depression Meridian Occlusion Syndrome ”,and according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,we obtained 258 cases of peripheral facial paralysis with the meridian obstruction syndrome in the state of depression. They underwent completely examination about meridian and recorded the tendons node in the database. At last, analyze the research data through the Software of association rules analysis and frequency to statistics. Results:The location of the highest frequency of lesions was mainly distributed in the face, and the rest were lower limbs, head, chest, upper limbs, back, neck, abdomen, perineum. The highest frequency of the top 25 distribution is as follows: the right orbital area and right temporal area, left orbital area, left temporal lobe, left infraorbital region and right femoral medial area, left femoral medial area and right infraorbital region, sternal region, nasal region, frontal and right parotid area, mouth area the right femoral, lateral, parietal, left and right axillary region of zygomatic region and left femoral lateral, left parotid area, right axillary region, left zygomatic region, right foot back, left arm, left posterior area of dorsal area, the left mastoid region, left scapular region.Conclusion:(1)The focal points are mainly distributed in the orbital region, temporal region, infraorbital area, medial femoral region, sternal area, nasal and frontal area, parotideomasseteric region, port area, lateral femoral region, parietal region, axillary region, zygomatic region, dorsal region, arm the anterior, mastoid region, scapular region.(2)The common combination includes orbital region and temporal region, orbital region and medial femoral region, medial temporal area and medial femoral region, orbital region and frontal region, medial and lateral region of the femoral head, orbital region and infraorbital region, temporal region and frontal area.(3)The lesions were mostly punctate or linear distribution,of which the spots were found in the starting and ending point of muscle, the intersection point, the muscle belly and the fascia attachment.(4)Distribution and focus by bile and liver and heart meridians running closely related.
