Objective To explore the clinical effects of linear resection and annular resection under the combined treatment of rectal prolapse and retrograde defecography.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,were given "rectal prolapse line fixation surgery postoperative oral Chinese medicine functional exercise","PPH(rectal prolapse ring resection)surgery oral Chinese medicine Functional exercise " treatment,the total course of treatment in February.The scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,before and after treatment,before and after treatment,after treatment and follow-up of the symptoms score,the two groups after treatment,follow-up of each symptom score comparison.Postoperative review of defecography.Results The effective rate was 97% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,before and after treatment P <0.01.There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups P <0.01.There was no significant change in defecography after treatment,while the experimental group could restore the original anatomical structure.Conclusion The experimental group can restore the original anatomical structure of the rectum,the effective rate of six months after surgery and cure rate was significantly higher than the control group,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients to restore the normal physiological function of the rectum,it can be used as rectal prolapse clinical Treatment programs.
