Studies On Three Kinds Of Aleuritopteris Plants

Objective: Pharmacognosy and chemical component was studied for the three plants,Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmél.)Fée,Aleuritopteris shensiensis Ching,Aluritopteris niphobola(C.Chr.)Ching,of Aleuritopteris Fee.To provide experimental data and scientific basis for the resource development and development of quality standard for Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmél.)Fée medicine.Methods: Technics of pharmacognosy of Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmél.)Fée,Aleuritopteris shensiensis Ching,Aluritopteris niphobola(C.Chr.)Ching,of Aleuritopteris Fee.herbs including plane shape and solution characteristics of pharmacognosy studies,and determination of the active ingredient content.Reference 2015 edition of China pharmacopoeia of the related provisions of Chinese medicinal materials quality standards for three kinds of medicinal materials in the ash content,acid insoluble ash content,moisture inspection;By using Fourier infrared spectroscopy study of the infrared spectra of three kinds of medicinal materials;Using ABTS method,DPPH method and reducing measurement respectively to three kinds of medicinal herbs of the alcohol extract and water extract on the comparison of the in vitro antioxidant capacity;Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry measured three kinds of medicinal materials of soluble reducing sugar and total flavonoids content;Using HPLC measured three kinds of medicinal material contents in st John's wort.Results:For the three kinds of medicinal materials original plant morphology and morphological characteristics;Work out three kinds of plant root,stem and leaf of organizational structure and powder to identify characteristics of transverse section.Got the medicinal materials of moisture,ash content,acid insoluble ash content.Set up three kinds of medicinal herbs of the infrared spectra of the secondary appraisal analysis methodof preliminary developed infrared spectra of the powder.Use different methods to compare the three kinds of medicinal herbs of the alcohol extract and water extract antioxidant capacity.Measured the soluble reducing sugar of three kinds of medicinal materials and the difference between the content of flavones and st John's wort glycosides.Conclusion:Three kinds of medicinal herbs similar appearance and microstructure characteristics,chemical composition content is similar,both can be used as Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmél.)Fée medicinal.
