Study On Distribution Regularity Of TCM Syndromes Of BRG About Gastroscopic Features,Lip And Tougue

Objective:To follow the traditional Chinese medicine theory,research on bile reflux gastritis(bile reflux,gastritis,BRG)as the tongue,lips,like the relationship between gastroscopic,and to explore the TCM syndrome distribution,in order to improve the BRG objective differentiation,and to guide the clinical diagnosis,treatment,enrich and develop the BRG sdtcm system.Ways:According to the case selection,a total of 122 cases of BRG patients,to collect general information and medical records,and observe the patient like tongue,lip,gastroscoptic,in order to fill in the questionnaire.Using the SPSS17.0 software statistical analysis of the data collected,the tongue,lip like,like the characteristics and factors of correlation between gastroscopic and TCM syndrome type conclusion.Results: 1.122 cases were collected,including female and male,with a male to female ratio of 1: 1.65,of which the oldest was 75 years old,and the youngest was 23 years old.2.Patients with 45-60 years of age,the prevalence was higher in summer,43.44%,duration 1-3 years most,accounted for 36.88%.29.51% patients had underlying diseases,more with the elderly disease and biliary diseases.improper diet and poor sentiment was the main cause of this disease.3.The main clinical manifestations: epigastric fullness,belching,acid regurgitation,lassitude,mouth pain,dry mouth,heartburn,irritability,anorexia.4.The distribution frequency of TCM Syndromes : Liver stomachdisharmony >syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency > syndrome of spleen stomach damp heat > syndrome of cold and heat >deficiency of stomach yin > stomach blood-stasis syndrome.Endoscopic bile reflux degree to a maximum of 1,followed by 2.Endoscopic gastric mucosal manifestations as hyperemia,edema,erosion,mucus the lake yellow dye,scattered in the bile floc,pylorus swelling.5.BRG lip tongue gastroscopic features: liver stomach disharmony: gastric mucosa seen hyperemia,edema,mainly in 1.Pale lips are most common,pale red tongue,moss thin white or yellow.Spleen stomach damp heat syndrome: gastric mucosa congestion,erosion,mucous membrane rough,with 1 main.Red lips are more common,more lip sores or normal,red tongue,moss yellow thick or greasy.The stomach blood stasis syndrome: the old gastric mucosal bleeding spots,mainly in 2,3.Purple lip rare,visible cheilosis,red tongue or dark red,with petechia and ecchymosis.Spleen stomach deficiency: gastric mucosal hyperemia and edema,cardia relaxation,gastric mucosa,mainly in 2.Pale red lips are common,the tongue is pale,the tongue body is fat,the edge has the tooth trace,the moss white or greasy.Stomach yin deficiency syndrome: gastric mucosa congestion,ulcers,mainly in 1.The lips are chapped and dry,the tongue is pale and white,and the skin is little or no or peeling.Cold and heat syndrome of gastric mucosa: rare ostial hyperemia,swelling,mainly in 1.More dark lips,lip more normal,or seen the cheilosis,pale tongue,thin white fur or yellow.Conclusion: 1.The incidence of BRG is more common in middle-aged patients,high incidence in summer,the course of disease is short,and is in connection with senile diseases and biliary diseases and other underlying diseases.diet,emotional distress is the main cause of the disease.2.TCM syndrome type and lip like,gastroscoptic are all related.Syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach gastric mucosa more congestion,edema,often for grade 1;deficiency of the spleen stomach cardia more relaxation,grade 2 more..3.The stomach and tongue image correlation.With thin yellow fur,white thick or greasy fur in the severity of bile reflux 1 cases,thin white fur,yellow thick or greasy fur in the severity of bile reflux 2 cases,little or no peeling fur or mainly in the severity of bile reflux 3.Gastric mucosal hyperemia the main and red tongue,dark red tongue and pale dark tongue;gastric mucosal edema,and pale tongue,red tongue.4.Lips like and gastroscope image has correlation.The gastric mucosal hyperemia mainly,and with vermilion;gastric mucosal edema,and often pale lips.5.There is a certain correlation between the factors,which can provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of BRG..
