Bile Reflux Gastritis, Stomach Mirroring The Tcm Syndrome

Bile Regurgitation Gastritis (BRG) is one of the main diseases in Spleen-Stomach Disease. This study was under the guidance of both pattern identification of Chinese medicine theory and diagnostic theory of Western Medicine. We studied the syndrome of BRG in associated with their corresponding gastroscopic signs in order to definitude its pathogenesis and the developing rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). We study the TCM syndromes of BRG expected to make a useful attempt at promoting the clinical research on BRG which should be more scientifizitional and normalizational. It can guide the practice, boost the curative effect and the treatment level.This thesis contains literature and clinical study.The literature review has two pieces. The first one is named the Chinese Medicine Study of BRG. It discusses the naming, the happen and developing process of BRG through its cause of disease and the pathogenesis; It discusses the clinical therapy method through pattern identification and treatment, specialized prescription for special type, the treatment by both of TCM and the western medicine. The second one is named the Modern Study of BRG. It includes the current mechanism, the causes of disease, nosogenesis, pathology, clinical manifestation, and the relative therapy of BRG.The part of the clinical observation study collected the clinical data of the 112 subjects who is in the course of BRG and have complete TCM clinical materials. We observed carefully about the mucosa of supper digestive tract under the gastroscope. All patients who underwent endoscope were studied with rapid urease test at the same time. The 'gastroscopic signs' was come into use in the treatment based on different pattern identification of BRG. We could analyze the different gastroscopic diagnosis related to TCM and Western Medicine. The result shows that the pattern identification of the Chinese medicine, the mucosa of supper digestive tract under the gastroscope, and Hp test all are comprehensive and overlapped. That is accorded that the pathogenesis is complicated and the developing is variable. So in clinical treatment, we need to find regular pattern and consider reasonable drug program and the steps in order to improve treatment.
