The Clinical Observation Of XLGB And SHTGS Treatment Of Early Or Mid-term Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective :Observation of the faeries bone remains capsule and Su Gong TouGu gels,and the joint treatment of early metaphase Knee Osteoarthritis,Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)in patients with curative effect,for the use of traditional Chinese medicine in China technical treatment of early metaphase Knee arthritis to provide powerful evidence.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,select 60 cases of KOA patients,the principle of random is divided into four groups,and faeries bone group 20 cases,Su Gong TouGu scattered group 20 cases,and combined treatment group(20 cases.Treatment for 2 months in a row,and recording patient VAS values,WOMAC scores before and after the treatment,the final summary data,statistical analysis of data processing,p < 0.05,with statistical significance.Results: Su Gong TouGu scattered and faeries bone remains group patients VAS values and WOMAC index decreased,especially in the Su Gong TouGu scattered groups of VAS values and the more significant the WOMAC index score,VAS a fairy bone remains group values and WOMAC pain index score more Su Gong TouGu scattered groups of decline is not large,index score of two groups before and after the treatment has no difference(P > 0.05).Combination group and Su Gong TouGu scattered group after the treatment of KOA,grading is improved from the previous two groups,but the combination group scores before and after the treatment gap is larger,and the score difference between the two groups before and after treatment with difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Combined treatment group and a fairy bone remains in the two groups before and after treatment in the VAS pain score and the WOMAC index score difference comparison,with combined treatment group curative effect is more outstanding,index score of two groups before and after treatment with difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Su Gong TouGu group,a fairy bone group,combination group treatment of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis has good effect,but more advantages compared with combined treatment group.In Chinese traditional treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis has a unique effect.
