TouGu XiaoTong capsule groups:collagen fiber bare surface layer, the arrangement is irregular, some chondrocytes crypt exposed between the remnants of collagen fiber. Group compared with model group, glucosamine, TouGu XiaoTong capsule groups on the surface of the cartilage damage degree have obvious difference, the normal group compared with model group tibia platform to keep good integrity and has a smooth contour, significant differences.3. Safranin O-fast green staining:normal Groups:articular cartilage surface is smooth, the four layers of structure is clear, neat rows of cartilage cells, did not see the cartilage cells clustering,1can be divided into shallow table, transitional layer (The middle layer), deep layer (radiation), calcification, tide line complete, chromatin distribution even, clear nuclei, dyeing uniformity. Model group:articular cartilage surface rough, part of the cartilage cell nucleus atrophy, necrosis, calcified layer cartilage cell aggregates, irregular arrangement, four layers structure is not easy to distinguish, tide line is incomplete or disappear completely, even the subchondral bone exposure and capsule form. TouGu XiaoTong capsule groups: articular cartilage surface is not smooth, four layers structure can still distinguish, slightly thin cartilage layer, The middle layer cells and deep mild hyperplasia, can dye dyeing proteoglycans becomes shallow, rules, the arrangement of cartilage cell proliferation of chondrocytes and visible, in nests complete tide line. Compared with the normal group, model group cartilage has distinct histologic changes of tibial plateau. Compared with model group, TouGu XiaoTong capsule group, glucosamine tibial cartilage tissue (learning, have obvious difference.
