The Qing Dynasty And Before Clinical Application Of Zhangmen(LR13)

Objective:To systematically in the Qing Dynasty(February13,1912 before Zhangmen(LR13)literature,summarize the clinical application of law.Method: the traditional Chinese medicine literature and data mining,screening at single point and its compatibility indications,combination of acupoints and moxibustion characteristic information,the formation of a standardized format,database.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS16.0 software.Results: The door of single point indications a total of 35 species,11 kinds of indications of dominant diseases;and the indications of 37 kinds,10 kinds of disease indications advantages;Chapter door Shu compatibility of a total of 94,including 93 acupoints,acupoints 1,screening 10 dominant diseases and high compatibility prescription of acupoints and door;the compatibility of the 93 odd points,1 points,the top 10 were: Qimen,Shenshu,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Qihai,pangguangshu,Yongquan,Xingjian,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,Wan;acupoints were: Yin moxibustion,acupuncture alone;main acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture commonly used the depth is six points,the number of commonly used moxibustion of Zhuang Zhuang 100.Conclusion: The system has been applied to the clinical application of the acupuncture points in order to provide detailed data for the clinical and scientific research.
