Clinical Study On The Effect Of Bu Xin Hua Yu Decoction On The Patients With Heart Failure Of Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Buxin Huayu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with chronic congestive heart failure and blood stasis,and to explore the utility principle primarily from two aspects of traditional medicine and modern medicine.Methods: 60 cases(with the diagnosis and inclusion criteria)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,two groups were treated with standard western medicine treatment,the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine Buxin decoction,observe the time of 28 days.Record and observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment of cardiac function indicators and TCM syndrome efficacy,using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis of the observed data.Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05)compared with the control group.Two grades of heart function and LVEF were improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group,the improvement was also significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01),the there are statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Buxin decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency symptoms,especially in patients with TCM clinical symptoms improved significantly better than western medicine alone.The total effective rate is high,it is worth further research and promotion.
