The Analysis Of The Accommodation Function Of The Different Degree Of Myopia Children

Objective : To analysis the accommodation function of the degree of myopia children, and explore the correlation between myopia and accommodation.Method : 84 cases were randomly selected out in myopic children who were the first time treatment from January 2016 to February 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University ophthalmology clinic.The examination of accommodation includes accommodation response,amplitude of accommodation,accommodative facility and relative accommodation.According to the degree of myopia, the patients were divided into low, moderate and high myopia groups.Statistical analysis was made on the results of each examination and the degree of myopia. All data were processed by SPSS 21 statistical software.Results:1?The gender distribution in the research objects among different myopia degree: 84 cases were selected in this study, there were 38 cases of male and 46 cases of female,accounted for 45.23% and 54.76%. There was no statistical significant difference of gender composition among different myopia degree group by chi-square test,?2=0.069,P=0.97.2?The accommodation type distribution among different myopia degree:In this study,there were 55 cases of adjustment lag, accounting for 65.48%; the total number of accommodation equivalence was 19 cases, accounting for 22.62%; the total number of accommodation excess was 10 cases, accounting for 11.90%.In the low myopia group, the incidence of adjustment lag,accommodation equivalence and accommodation excess were 64.81%,22.22% and 12.96%;in the moderate myopia group,the incidence of adjustment lag, accommodation equivalence and accommodation excess were 65.22%, 26.09% and 8.70%;in the high myopia group,the incidence of adjustment lag, accommodation equivalence and accommodation excess were 71.43%, 14.29% and 14.29%.Statistical analysis was made on the accommodation lag among the groups with different myopia degree.There was statistical difference between low myopia group and moderate myopia group, low myopia group and high myopia group (P<0.001). There was no statistical difference between moderate myopia group and high myopia group(P=0.67).3? The distribution of accommodation function among different myopic degree:In the relative accommodation, there was no significant difference in PRA among different myopia degree (P=0.12), and there was no significant difference in NRA among different myopia degree (P=0.99).The difference of accommodation flexible among different myopic degree has no statistical significance (P>0.05), oculus uterque (P=0.79), oculus dexter (P=0.80), oculus sinister (P=0.97)?In the same degree of myopia group,the difference between either two of the three groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).In amplitude of accommodation,the difference between low myopia group and moderate myopia group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between moderate myopia group and high myopia group was statistically significant (P<0.05), the difference between low myopia group and high myopia group was statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion : The accommodation function of patients with myopia: 1.the incidence of accommodative lag in patients with myopia is higher,and it is related to low myopia and moderate myopia.Accommodative lag plays a role in the development of early myopia.2?Amplitude of accommodation has obvious difference in different degree of myopia,and presents a tendency of increasing with the increase of the degree of myopia.The amplitude of accommodation is associated with the development of myopia.3 ?Relative accommodation and accommodation facility are not related to the development of myopia.
