CO₂ Laser Combined 90 Strontium And Compound Allantoin Heparin Sodium Gel Comprehensive Clinical Efficacy Research For The Treatment Of Auricle Keloids

Objective:To discus the CO2 laser combined 90 strontium and compound allantoin heparin sodium gel the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment of auricle keloids,offers a new treatment for keloid treatment of auricleMethods:Collected in January 2014 - December 2016 in the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university otolaryngology outpatient clinic of auricle keloid patients of 90 cases were randomly divided into three groups, each group 30 cases:Group A treated with CO2 laser, after incision healing ,small doses of strontium 90 stick apply and compound allantoin heparin sodium gel comprehensive treatment,and follow-up of 12 months;Group B treated with CO2 laser, after incision healing treatment, compound allantoin heparin sodium gel were followed up for 12 months;Group C treated with 90 sr applied alone, followed up for 12 months.Results: After follow-up of 12 months,the group A lost to follow-up in 2 cases;The gloup B lost to follow-up in 3 cases; The group C group lost to follow-up in 5 cases,Group A CO2 laser combined 90 strontium were applied and compound allantoin heparin sodium gel comprehensive treatment the total effective rate was 92.8%;Group B CO2 laser combined compound allantoin heparin sodium gel treatment the total effective rate was 85.1%;Group C separately with 90 Sr were applied in treatment group total effective rate was 56%.Conclusion:Separate application of strontium 90 stick apply treatment of auricle keloid efficiency is low, riot suitable for application in the treatment of keloids of auricle;CO2 laser combined compound allarntoin heparin sodium gel or CO2 laser combined 90 strontium were applied and compound allantoin heparin sodium gel composite auricle of keloid with obvious therapeutic effect, for clinical treatment of keloids effective treatment of auricle, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
