Research On The Impact Of Social Network On Rural Medical Economic Risks

The aging of the population is usually accompanied by a process of a higher elderly chronic disease and disability prevalence,which may bring to social economy and public health double test.In rural China,with the advent of an aging population,the medical needs of rural households continue to rise,but the restriction of income level and the expansion of the medical service cost,not only hindered the use of farmers for medical services,and often leads to rural families in poverty situation,more and more rural families are facing the risks of medical economy.How to reduce our country rural family health economic risk is the urgent need of solution.China has long been a relational society,however,when a family crisis,social networks will play a crucial role.Therefore,this paper tries to explore the development of family social network can alleviate rural family health economic risk,in-depth analysis of the social network of rural medical guarantee of economic risk,and how to solve the problem of rural health economy provide preliminary decision basis.This paper provides an overview of the current our country rural families are facing a variety of medical and economic problem,in view of the medical service has the general characteristics of consumer goods,consumer theory used in medical consumption.Therefore,social network theory,this paper,life cycle theory,permanent income theory,the labor supply and transfer payments theory and risk theory consumption smoothing the general theory of risk,how to use social network to study rural residents reduce their medical economic risks,for the research of this paper found the theoretical basis for reasonable and operation mechanism.Then,this paper studies the correlation of the social network and rural family medical economic risks from CFPS data,using logit econometric model to empirical research.Research shows:(1)Social network effectively reduce the risk of rural medical?The role of social networks is still significantly after the control of the medical insurance;(2)Family income restricts the role of the social network.(3)From the point of view area,In the eastern region,the role of social network to reduce the medical risk of households is limited,and the central and western regions is significant.(4)With the development of village economy,the role of social network will gradually be weaken.This study helps to know the guaranteed role of social network and how to solve the problem of rural health economy to provide preliminary decision basis.Finally,the article to alleviate the current rural medical economic risk put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.(1)to strengthen the construction of rural harmonious community,promote establish good social relationship between villagers.(2)with chronicdisease people,elderly people and low income is the people at high risk of medical economy,it is recommended that our country can be according to different characteristics of the crowd formulates different standard of medical assistance system.(3)to our country in the central and western rural areas,the government needs to strengthen the construction of rural social security system and investment,increase the economic benefits of rural households.
