Objective: To research microbial diversity and difference between the normal population and colorectal cancer patients,the left-side and right-side colorectal cancer patients,then investige the causal relationship of microbiata and colorectal cancer.Method: After obtaining the each DNA of intestinal microflora between 8 left-side,8right colorectal cancer patients and 8 normal population, using universal primers for amplification and purification of the 16S rRNA gene.Send the DNA gene to the novogene company for sequencing,thoughing Weighted processing the Initial data,a certain amount of positive clones were sequenced and analyzed by bioinformatics technology.Result: Compared with normal controls, the diversity of intestinal flora with colorectal cancer is lower; The OTUs of gut microbiota in term of phylum?class?order?family?genus and species is diffferent in the two populations,mainly as follow : the level of phylum: Firmicutes?Bacteroidetes?Proteobacteria; the level of classs:Bacteroidales?Clostridiales?Selenomonadales?Burkholderizles?Enterobacteriales;the level of order:Clotridiales?Bacteroidales?Enterobacteriales; the level of familyBacteroidaceae?Lachnospiraceae?Ruminococcaceae? Porphyromonadaceae; the level of genus:Bacteroides?Megamonas?Faecalibacterium?Parasutterella?Parabacteroides?Lachnoclostridium?Escherichia-Shigella?Subdoligranulum;According to phylogenetic analysis,found that compared to the normal group,tumor group showed some increase of the abundance of bacteria, such as Bacteroides, Clostridium, Escherichia-Shigella,Enterococcus faecalis, Porphyromonadaceae; and some bacteria abundance decreased,such as Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Roseburia etc.Conclution: 1.The diversity and community complexity of gut microorganisms is higher in the normal population; 2.The OTUs of intestinal flora in term of phylum ?class?order?family?genus and species is different between the normal population and colorectal cancer patients; 3.The OTUs of intestinal flora in term of phylum?class?order?family and genus is different between the left-side and right-side colorectal cancer patients;...
