| Objective To revise the second version of the Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patients-Stomach Cancer and discussing preliminary applications of the scale.Methods Based on the approach ( a common modules plus specific modules) ,combined with literature review and Chinese cuiture，I used the programmed decision processes including information collection, group discussion, statistical analysis,and pre-tests to revise items,a sprcific QOL Instruments for patient with stomach cancer.The statistic methods used in this study included the method of variation coefficient,correlation coefficient method and variance analysis.Results1. Reviewed the literature and combined with the discussion group opinion, I raised 23-items specific module.20_items specific module was formed by combining the results of core groups’ opinion.2.By the survey date of beta scale,items of specific module were screened again,and thus 8-items specific module was developed.3.FinaIly, after the core group reviewed, we got 10-items specific module beta version.Conclusion Investigation on the specific items of QLICP-ST (V2.0) close to the clinical, has good content representativeness. after big cases of statistical research,it can be used for assessment of gastric cancer patients quality of life in China, at the same time, can be used as a clinical tool. |
