Objective:By detecting the expression of Narf protein in non - small cell lung cancer, and studying the correlation between clinical features and pathological characteristics of NSCLC patients,in order to provide experimental evidence for the new therapeutic targets of non - small cell lung cancer. Methods:Paraffin blocks were collected from January 2014to January 2017, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. 189 cases untreated patients had surgical specimens of NSCLC derived tissue and para-carcinoma tissue. The clinical data of these patients with NSCLC classified summary. The expression of Narfwere detected in NSCLC tissue andpara-carcinoma tissue byimmunohistochemistry.Results:1. The expression of Narf in NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues of NSCLC.It showed that the expression of Narf in 189 cases of NSCLC tissues had 106 positive expression cases (56.08%) and 83 negative expression cases (43.92%). In 189 adjacent tissues of NSCLC, 68 cases had positive Narf expression (35.98%) and 121 cases with negative expression (64.02%). The difference was statistically significant.(p<0.05). The expression rate of Narf in cancer tissues is higher than that in adjacent tissues of NSCLC.2. The expression of Narf in male and female of NSCLC.In this study,a total of 189 cases,of which 116 cases of male,Narf positive expression of 65 cases, the positive rate of 56.03%, 51 cases of negative expression, negative expression rate of 43.97%; 73 cases of female, Narf positive expression of 41 cases, the positive expression rate of 56.16%,Negative expression of 32 cases, negative expression rate of 43.84%; by statistical analysis, p = 0.986, the difference was not statistically significant, Narf expression and gender differences were not significantly related.3. Theexpression of Narf in Different Age NSCLC PatientsThere were 189 cases in this study, including 115 cases with age less than or equal to 60 years, 73 cases of Narf positive expression, the positive rate was 63.48%, the negative expression was 42 cases, the negative expression rate was 36.52%; 74 cases were older than 60 years old, The positive rate was 44.59%, the negative expression was 41.4%,the negative expression rate was 55.41%. By statistical analysis, p =0.011, the difference was statistically significant. Narf expression rate of less than 60 years patients is higher than patients that older 60 years.4. The expression of Narf in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. In this study, there were 189 cases, of which 144 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, Narf positive expression of 85 cases, the positive rate of 59.03%, 59 cases of negative expression, negative expression rate of 40.97%, 45 cases of adenocarcinoma, positive expression of 21 cases, the positive rate of 46.67% , Negative expression in 24 cases, negative expression rate of 53.33%, by statistical analysis, p = 0.145, the difference was not statistically significant,Narf expression and histological type had no significant relationship.5. The expression of Narf in different primary tumor size.In this study, there were 189 cases, including T1:101 cases, 62 cases of positive expression of Narf, the positive rate of 61.39%,negative expression of 39 cases, negative expression rate of 28.61%; T2:68 cases, 35 cases of positive expression, the positive rate of 51.47% ,Negative expression rate of 33 cases, negative expression rate of 48.53%;T3 / T4: 20 cases, positive expression in 9 cases, the positive expression rate of 45.00%, negative expression of 11 cases, negative expression rate 55.00%; statistical analysis, p = 0.254,There was no significant difference between the expression of Narf in different size of primary tumor.6. The expression of Narf in the presence of lymph node metastases in NSCLC patients. In this study, there were 189 cases, of which 77 cases of positive lymph node metastasis, Narf positive expression of 8 cases, the positive rate of 49.35%, 39 cases of negative expression, negative expression rate of 50.65%; 112 cases of negative lymph node metastasis, positive expression of 68 cases, The positive rate was 60.71%, the negative expression was 44 cases, the negative expression rate was 39.29%. The statistical analysis showed that p = 0.084,the difference was not statistically significant. The expression of Narf had no obvious relationship with lymph node metastasis.7. The expression of Narf in NSCLC with different TNM pathological stagesIn this study,a total of 189 cases,of which the case of stage I of 90 cases, Narf positive expression of 56 cases, the positive rate of 62.22%,34 cases of negative expression, negative expression rate of 37.78%;Phase ? 40 cases, positive expression of 21 cases, The positive rate was 52.50%,negative expression was 19 cases, the negative expression rate was 47.50%; the positive rate was 49.5%, the positive expression rate was 49.15%, the negative expression rate was 50.85%, and the positive expression was p = 0.255 , The difference was not statistically significant,Narf expression and clinical staging had no significant relationship.Conclusions:1. The positive expression rate of Narf in NSCLC tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissues, suggesting that it may be related to the proliferation of non-small cell lung cancer.2. TheNarf positive expression rate of less than 60 years patients is higher than patients that older 60 years.3. The expression of Narf in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),there was no gender, histological type, primary tumor size, lymph node metastasis and TNM pathological stage.
