BackgroundNowadays,the incidence of traumatic brain injury(TBI)in China is high,Many patients with brain injury after the recovery of consciousness left a different degree of cognitive impairment,It is concluded that the prognosis of patients with mild to moderate craniocerebral injury is relatively good,so it is very important to treat them early.In recent years,the intelligent drugs have been used in the disease,Its representative drug oxalcetam is a newly synthesized derivative of ?-aminobutyric acid(GABA),It is to promote learning and memory ability of a central nervous system drugs,It mainly acts on the cerebral cortex,hippocampus,protects,activates or promotes the recovery of nerve cell function.ObjectiveTo explore the improvement of cognitive impairment of moderate brain injury as a kind of promoting syrup,and to provide some theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of cognitive impairment after injury in patients with moderate traumatic brain injury New ideas cognitive impairment intervention to provide an effective basis.Method120 patients with traumatic brain injury treated in our hosptial from September 2015 to August 2016 were selected.On the day of admission for the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)were selected in patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury,and on the second day of the selected patients with Mini mental state examination(MMSE)to assess cognitive function,48 patients with moderate brain injury and cognitive impairment were selected.these patients were divided into Oxiracetam treatment group and conventional treatment group,comparing the result of the two groups of treatment.At the same time,the concentration of IGF-1 in serum of two groups was determined by ELISA method.The results were analyzed statistically.Result1.There were no significant differences in GCS scores between the two groups before treatment,but the scores of GCS in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in GCS scores between the two groups after 7 days of treatment,14 days later,the treatment group GCS score was significantly higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant;2.After 7 days of clinical treatment,the level of MMSE and serum IGF-1 in the two groups were significantly higher than those 2 days of clinical treatment(P <0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Compared with 7 days after treatment,the level of MMSE and serum IGF-1 in the two groups were significantly improved after 14 days of clinical treatment,the difference was also statistically significant.There was no significant difference in MMSE score and serum IGF-1 concentration between the two groups after 7 days of treatment and 2 days of treatment,but the MMSE score and serum IGF-1 concentration in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.Oxyiracetam treatment and conventional treatment of the cognitive disorder after brain injury are effective,but the former is better than the latter.2.It was also confirmed that the serum IGF-1 concentration was positively correlated with the severity of cognitive impairment.
