| BackgroundObsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)is a neurosis that performance as characterized by obsessive-compulsive,and/or compulsive behavior.The patients are well aware that these obsessive-compulsive symptoms are irrational,but unable to control or get rid of it,so anxiety and pain.Compulsive behavior is a boring symptom that affects students' academic,interpersonal communication and even the normal social function,great harm to individuals,families and society.The incidence of obsessive-compulsive disorder is showing a rising trend year by year.Its lifetime prevalence rate of one percent to three percent.The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine thinks,obsessive-compulsive disorder is caused by disorder of modern jet,viscera function disorder caused by a kind of disease,common pathogenesis are liver fire,to change and glove two virtual qi deficiency,liver depresssion,phlegm obstruction and blood stasis,etc.It belongs to the category of "depression".With the importance of traditional culture in China and play a role of psychology in the pathogenesis of neurosis,Chinese medicine research and obsessive-compulsive disorder personality characteristics has already received attention.However,there is less research on related aspects at present,especially there is a blank of personality characteristics of patients with dissimilarity Chinese medicine certificate type five Tai.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the personality characteristics with dissimilarity Chinese medicine certificate type five Tai and perfectionism tendency with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Objective1.To explore the Chinese medicine five state personalities and perfectionism tendencies of the different syndromes of OCD,to find out the relationship between them.2.Study on the Correlation of the different syndromes of OCD,Chinese medicine five state personalities and perfectionistic tendencies.So as to provide clues for the study of the etiology of the different syndromes of OCD and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of the different syndromes of OCD.MethodA cross-sectional investigation,experimental group: selected in the Mental Health Center of Luoyang,Rongkang Hospital and City,the Fifth People's psychiatric clinic Hospital of Luoyang,from October 2015 to November 2016,psychological outpatient treatment and hospital 120 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder who were enrolled in this study The patients were explored in the diagnostic criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder(ICD-10),and object of study include 55 males and 65 females,time intervals for18-45 years olds.A total of 114 healthy volunteers were selected as healthy group with 57 males and 57 females.The age range was 19-48 years old.All individual were assessed with General survey questionnaire,TCM five personality scale,the Chinese Frost perfectionism questionnaire(CFMPS)and Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive.SPSS19.0was applied to analyzing the data.Results1.The general situation of the different syndromes of OCDThe group of the obsessive-compulsive disorder was significantly higher than the control group(t=19.062,P=0.000);The group of the Compulsive behavior was signifycantly higher than the control group(t=14.856,P=0.000);The hybrid group of the obsessive compulsive disorder and the Compulsive behavior was significantly higher than the control group(t=32.751,P=0.000).There were no significant differences in the demographic variables between the three syndromes of OCD in the gender,age,ethnicity,occupation,marital status and educational level.2.Study on the Correlation of the different syndromes of OCD and Chinese medicine five state personalitiesBy the definition of chinese medicine five state personalities,the Sun,Shaoyang,Yin Yang in the group of the obsessive compulsive disorder have lower scores than the control group,the difference is Sun(t=-5.958,P=0.000),Shaoyang(t=7.738,P=0.000),Yin Yang(t=-12.925,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant;but the Lunar and Shaoyin in the group of the obsessive-compulsive disorder have higher scores than the control group,the difference is Lunar(t=9.713,P=0.000)and Shaoyin(t=19.933,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.The Shaoyang,Yin Yang in the group of the Compulsive behavior have lower scores than the control group.the difference is Shaoyang(t=-12.425,P=0.000)and Yin Yang(t=-13.222,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.But the Sun,Lunar and Shaoyin in the group of the Compulsive behavior have higher scores than the control group,the difference is Sun(t=7.141,P=0.000),Lunar(t=19.094,P=0.000)and Shaoyin(t=8.298,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.The Shaoyang,Yin Yang in the group of the hybrid group of the obsessive-compulsive disorder and the Compulsive behavior have lower scores than the control group.the difference is Shaoyang(t=-8.981,P=0.000),Yin Yang(t =-15.777,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.But the Sun,Lunar and Shaoyin in the group of the hybrid group of the obsessive-compulsive disorder and the Compulsive behavior have higher scores than the control group,the difference is Sun(t=11.263,P=0.000),Lunar(t =21.538,P =0.000)and Shaoyin(t=10.120,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.In the group of the obsessive-compulsive disorder,the women have different Shaoyin scores with men,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.378,P=0.023).the unmarried group have different Sun scores with the married group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.462,P=0.019).The different syndromes of OCD and Yinyang(r=-0.610,P=0.000),Shaoyang(r=-0.450,P=0.000)were negative correlated in the different personalities,meanwhile the different syndromes of OCD and Shaoyin(r=0.510,P=0.000),Lunar(r=0.697,P=0.000),Sun(r=0.347,P=0.000)were positively correlated in the different personalities.The five state personalities scores in the other teams does not have statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Analysis of the relationship between the different syndromes of OCD and perfectionism tendencyThe group of the obsessive-compulsive disorder was significantly higher than the control group in the perfectionism tendency(t=22.674,P=0.000).The group of the Compulsive behavior was significantly higher than the control group in the perfectionism tendency(t=24.438,P=0.000).The group of hybrid of the obsessive-compulsive disorder and the Compulsive behavior was significantly higher than the control group in the perfectionism tendency(t=25.950,P=0.000).The Mixed obsessive-compulsive disorder were significantly differences in the gender.In summary,the different syndromes of OCD and perfectionism tendency were positively correlated.4.Analysis of the relationship between the Chinese medicine five state personalities and perfectionism tendency of in the Different Syndromes of OCDThe characteristics of the five states of compulsive behavior in the five states were negatively correlated with the characteristics of perfectionism(r =-0.376,P=0.020).The combination of solar dimension and perfectionism(r=0.379,P=0.010)is positively correlated.Conclusions1.Lunar,Shaoyin personality and mixed the Sun and Lunar personality are more likely to suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder,while obsessive-compulsive disorder patients do not meet the Shaoyang personality,Yinyang peace personality.There are greater risks to lead to obsessive-compulsive disorder in the women,when women and men in the Lunar.Meanwhile,There are greater risks to lead to obsessive-compulsive disorder in the unmarried,when the unmarried and the married in the Sun.2.The different syndromes of obsessive-compulsive disorder and perfectionism tendency were positively correlated,Women in obsessive-compulsive disorder groups of the Compulsive behavior showed a clear tendency to perfectionism. |
