Objective: To observe the effect of Xi Meining on the level of MDA and the activity of SOD in type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia,and to explore the mechanism of Xi Meining to improve the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,and to investigate the effect of Xi Meining on hyperlipidemia Diagnosis and treatment of experimental basis.Methods: Sixty pure male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group and 50 rats in the model group.Rats in the model group were treated with high-fat and high-glucose for 4 weeks and injected with low-dose streptozotocin(STZ)for one day.The diabetic model rats were divided into three groups: diabetic group,Xuezhikang positive control group and Xi Meining treatment group.Four groups of rats were given the corresponding drug or distilled water for 30 days.During the experiment,rats were excluded from death or unsuccessful,and finally blank group,10 rats in the model group,11 in the control group and the treatment group.The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and SOD activity and MDA in pancreas homogenate were measured.Results: 1,Compared with the blank group,the drinking water volume and the urine volume of the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Compared with the model group,the drinking water volume and the urine volume of Xiimei Ning treatment group and Xuezhikang group were different.2,The FBG,TC and TG of the fasting rats were significantly higher than those of the blank group(P <0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups,To determine the success of the model.3,The levels of FBG,TC and TG in Xiemingning group and Xuezhikang group were significantly lower than those in model group(P <0.05).4,Compared with the model group,the levels of MDA in pancreatic tissue decreased in the Xiemei Ning treatment group and Xuezhikang group(P <0.05),and the activity of SOD in the tissue of Xiimei Ning treatment group and Xuezhikang group was different(P <0.05);5,There was no significant difference in the content of MDA in the pancreas tissue of Xiayingkang group,but the activity of SOD was significantly increased(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1,Xi Meining has improved the type 2 diabetes mellitus hyperlipidemia model of blood lipid metabolism disorders.2,Xi Meining has lower blood MDA content,enhance the role of SOD activity,thereby promoting oxygen free radical scavenging,reduce pancreatic tissue damage.3,Xi Meining can reduce the content of FBG in rat serum,which may be through the regulation of type 2 diabetes mellitus lipid metabolism disorder microenvironment,reduce the level of oxidative stress in rats,making insulin signaling barriers to reduce,in order to achieve improved insulin The role of resistance to achieve the purpose of lowering blood sugar.
