With the rapid increase in the number of patients with cardiovascular disease,the need of portable and real-time ECG-monitoring device is increasing.However,the traditional ECG equipment cannot meet such need due to its numerous lead wires and lack of portability.Thus,it's necessary to develop intelligent and portable ECG equipment.At present,the emerging wearable single-lead ECG devices have attracted much focus in the field of ECG monitoring.However,there is still no specific illustration about the detecting location of single-lead ECG device.In addition,the reliability and the medical diagnosis value of the single-lead ECG signal are also not clear.In this paper,a wearable 4-electrode square ECG monitoring system is designed to detect multi-channel single-lead ECG signal simultaneously.Adaptively,this paper further proposes a novel layered grid distribution evaluation method,which can determine the best location to detect single-lead ECG signal.In addition,a single-lead ECG system is designed to conduct clinical trials about the medical diagnosis value of the ECG signal of the position.The experimental results show that the ECG signal of the best location is robust.Furthermore,the medical diagnosis value of this signal is proved by the clinical trials,because some features of the detected ECG signal are consistent with the standard ECG monitor such as heart rate,width of QRS wave group and P wave.
