PART ? Preliminary Study on magnetic resonance imaging Tlrho to monitor the process of renal ischemia reperfusion injury in ratsObjective To explore the monitoring of renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats on magnetic resonance imaging Tlrho and explore the diagnostic value of Tlrho in varying degrees of renal injury.and the influence of Tlrho valise's changing of rats.Materials and Methods The renal ischemia reperfusion injury model by clamping the bilateral renal arteries after 45 min followed by reperfusion to establish rats.The control group and each model group were scanned by MRI T1rho.At the end of the scan,venous blood of each rat was collected for checking of the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.Then the rats was executed and taken their renal tissues for pathological examination.Finally,all the Tlrho values and pathological results were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were significantly higher in the 1d group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the other groups and it was no correlation with renal injury score(p>0.05).The Tlrho values of control group and each model group of 1h,1d,3d,7d,14d and 28d were 149.605±14.77ms?172.560±17.91ms?201.321±21.60ms?271.321±36.59ms?219.703±28.01ms?185.111±17.58ms?170.5200±11.61ms.There had statistically significant difference of Tlrho values between the control group and each model group.In addition to 14d group and 28d group,the model group was compared with the two groups of adjacent,the difference of T1rho values was statistically significant.Tlrho values was highly positive correlated with renal injury score,r=0.893,P<0.01.The Tlrho predicted the low-high renal injury score group by ROC cure,the AUC were 0.934?0.957?0.946?0.980.Conclusions There had high value to monitor renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats on magnetic resonance imaging Tlrho and high diagnostic value of Tlrho in varying degrees of renal injury.PART ? Preliminary Study on magnetic resonance imaging T1-mapping renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and comparative study with TlrhoObjective To explore preliminary study of T1 values of renal cortex and medulla of renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats on magnetic resonance imaging T1-mapping and Comparative study of T1-mapping and Tlrho in effectiveness evaluation of renal ischemia reperfusion injury model.Materials and Methods The renal ischemia reperfusion injury model by clamping the bilateral renal arteries after 45 min followed by reperfusion to establish rats.The control group and each model group were scanned by MRI T1-mapping.At the end of the scan,venous blood of each rat was collected for checking of the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.Then the rats was executed and taken their renal tissues for pathological examination.All the T1 values of renal cortex and medulla and pathological results were statistically analyzed.Finally,To comparative the diagnostic efficacy between T1 values and Tlrho values.Results The T1 values of medulla in control group and each model group of 1h,1d,3d,7d,14d and 28d were 1402.172±71.14ms?1398.475±95.54ms?1574.935±87.55ms?1732.881±110.06ms?1710.61±86.21ms?1550.904±127.49ms?1462.976±60.90ms.The T1 values of cortex in control group and each model group of 1h,1d,3d,7d,14d and 28d were 1040.278±43.68ms?1094.66±123.00ms?242.221±89.97ms?1417.038±115.81ms?1376.7899±73.40ms?1148.500±90.19ms?1059.579±54.10ms.In addition to 1h group and 28d group(P>0.05),there had statistically significant difference of T1 values of renal cortex and medulla between the control group and each model group(P<0.05).In addition to 3d group and 7d group,the model group was compared with the two groups of adjacent,the difference of T1 values of renal cortex and medulla values was statistically significant.T1 values of renal cortex and medulla was highly positive correlated with renal injury score,(cortex r=0.787,P<0.01.medulla r=0.769,P<0.01)The Tlrho values?T1 values of medulla?T1 values of cortex predicted the low-high renal injury score group by ROC cure,the AUC were 0.934?0.957?0.946?0.980;0.792?0.834?0.925?0.920;0.836?0.887?0.919?0.915.Conclusions 1.There had high value to monitor renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats on magnetic resonance imaging T1-mapping.2.The diagnostic efficacy of Tlrho on renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats is better than that of T1-mapping.Combination of the two techniques can improve the ability of monitoring the occurrence and development of renal ischemia reperfusion injury.
