compound is better than that of single taste polysaccharide.Studies on the anti-tumor and immune enhancement of Polysaccharides from Poria cocos,Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide and letinous edodes polysaccharide were gradually enriched.They all have the function of anti tumor and immune regulation,so the research on the anti-tumor and immunoregulation effects of these three polysaccharides.The compound oral liquid of Poria cocos polysaccharide is a kind of oral liquid preparation,which is prepared by the mixture of letinous edodes,Ganoderma lucidum,Poria cocos,which is extracted by 1:1:2.In Tablets.The compound oral liquid of Poria cocos polysaccharide can enhance the proliferation of tumor bearing mice and the killing effect of NK cells on target cells,with the same level of promotion as Lentinus Edodes Mycelia Polysacharide Tablets.And the level of lymphocyte proliferation and NK cell activity were similar to those of normal mice in the compound oral liquid of Poria cocos and Lentinus Edodes Mycelia Polysacharide Tablets.Conclusion1 The phenol sulfuric acid method can be used to determine the content of the polysaccharide in compound Poria cocos polysaccharide oral liquid and poria cocos extract.2 The compound oral liquid can inhibit the growth of the human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells and the human laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cells with a certain dose effect relationship.The sensitivity of compound oral liquid of Poria cocos polysaccharide to BGC-823 and Hep-2 cells was different.3 The compound oral liquid can inhibit the growth of S180 and H22 tumor in mice,and has a significant inhibitory effect on solid tumors,but it has a weak inhibitory effect on S180 ascites tumor.4 The compound oral liquid of Poria cocos polysaccharide can enhance the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages and the killing effect of NK cells on target cells in S180 tumor bearing mice,and promote the proliferation of lymphocytes.And the regulation of cellular immunity is stronger than that of humoral immunity.
