Parkinson’s disease(Parkinson ’s Disease,PD)is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by abnormal dopamine secretion.Now,we can only use the relevant drugs to control the further development of the disease.Therefore,how to obtain and store the early symptoms of Parkinson’s disease to later analysis gradually becomes a hot topic in the field of medical technology research for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.The wearable devices have gradually become an important part of detection of many diseases used in the medical field.The key point of its research is to solve the problem of signal transmission.Commonly cable transmission simply and directly does not need to set up the network protocol,but this approach is only suitable for short distance signal transmission,for multi node wearable devices,cable transmission seems cumbersome and redundant and the mobility is very poor.In addition,in medicine,storing symptom data is using PC machine backstage storage mechanism.However,the storage device is too huge to easily move,it only suitable for regular inspection but long-term family monitor.The object of this study is tremor signal generated by the limbs of patients with early Parkinson’s disease.The goal is to use the independent hardware to store the multi tremor data generated in the long-term home monitor process.Therefore,in view of the existing problems of the traditional methods,this paper puts forward the following improvement measures.Following the equipment portable and mobility principle,apply ZigBee and WiFi wireless transmission media to complete the communication among signal acquisition unit with storage device,PC machine and handheld terminal,enhancing the mobility performance of each module unit in the whole device.For a large amount of measured data that produced in long-term home care,combined the lossless compression technology with TMS320VC550-9A controller to construct hardware storage device,in this way,storage the signal after compressing can save the storage space,guaranteed storage efficiency and finally finish signal large capacity storage.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the Parkinson’s tremor signal features and the requirements of signal accuracy in signal analysis phase,this paper use data blocking sub-band lossless compression encoding method,let detection signal successively through data block,DCT transform,sub-band quantization,linear prediction and data encoding compression to finish compress tremor data and complete reconstruct the compression data through the inver se compression process.(2)According to the characteristics of various storage media and data storage requirements,SD card is selected as the storage medium.Introduced the DSP related work characteristics and performance parameters,Besides,on the basis of the DSP related work characteristics and performance parameters,select the TMS320VC5509 A controller as the main controller and complete the DSP control and communication interface circuit design.(3)Aiming at the characteristics and performance of the wireless transmission mode,this paper select WiFi as DSP terminal data transmission method which combined with the ZigBee on DSP signal receive terminal make the storage device as a standalone device,and at the same time,this standalone device also establish a communication bridge among the wearable collection device and PC media and handheld terminal.Besides,in order to make the signal can be observed intuitively,the signal display software is designed in the PC and Android handheld terminals.(4)Calculating the compression ratio and percentage error of sample signal in a certain period of time and by experimenting multi group data get the average to verify the validity of the algorithm.In addition,by comparing the performance of multiple data compression algorithms and compression ratio value further verify the performance of this paper’s compression method.Based on CCS3.3 complete the experiment of writing data to SD card,and finish to store the compressed data to SD card,extract compressed document and obtain the storage space size and then calculate with original data within experimental time to get compression ratio,verified the compression’s benefits in saving storage space.In transmission experiments,PC end receive data and display through ZigBee,handheld terminal obtain and display signal by adding established WiFi network,verified the functional of signal display but also proved DSP’s Medium effect as an independent storage device in wireless transmission.The experimental results show that using lossless signal compression method accomplish data compression encode can achieve better the compression ratio,and by decompressing and reconstructing the compress signal,compare the data before and after compression to analysis the signal reconstruction performance,verified the validity of the compression algorithm used in this article.The DSP controller can establish a connection with the ZigBee terminal,real-timely receive detected tremor signals and after lossless compression store the data in large capacity SD card.The DSP signal transmitting end adopts WiFi wireless transmission mode which can form the WiFi network,so the receiving terminal receives the signal through the access ZigBee or WiFi network,and realizes the real-timely display function of the data through the designed interface.
