Objective:Multi-node wearable device was used to quantitatively evaluate the symptoms of bradykinesia in patient with Parkinson's disease,to test whether the method was effective and feasible, and to analyze the characteristics and clinical significance of quantitative indicators of bradykinesia. Methods:The study selected drug treatment group as 11 patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease who met the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China(2016).The normal control group consisted of 15 normal people whose gender and age matched with Parkinson's disease group. The Madopar impact test was performed on the Parkinson's disease drug treatment group, which was divided into two groups pre-medication and post-medication,and they were scored using the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS).The multi-node wearable device was used to collect the motion data of three groups of 10m round-trip,wrist-turning and lift-legged paradigm movements, and extracted the parameters such as motion amplitude and frequency and turning time, and then compared them between groups. The correlation analysis was adopted between motion data and the subitems or combination of subitems of UPDRS III.Results:The results showed that there were statistically differences(P<0.05;P<0.01)in wrist-turning amplitude, stride angle and turning time between the Parkinson's disease pre-medication group and the Parkinson's disease post-medication group and the normal control group. There was a positive correlation between the turning time and the scores of gait(? 29),axial symptom(? 18-19?27-31)and bradykinesia plus axial symptom(? 18?19?23-31)of UPDRS?(r=0.824,P=0.002;r=0.779,P=0.005;r=0.673,P=0.023).Conclusion:The results confirmed that the multi-node wearable device can be applied to the quantitative detection of Parkinson's disease bradykinesia symptoms, which can not only effectively evaluate the effect of drug therapy on bradykinesia symptoms in patient with parkinson's disease but also accurately distinguish between Parkinson's patients and normal people, and provide a new choice for diagnosis and precise treatment of Parkinson's disease.
