Objective:.To establish the AD(Alzheimer diseases)animal model of mouse,research the effects of the decanoic acid(DA).Methods :50 kinds of male kunming mouse were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low dose medicine group(DA 50 mg/kg),the middledose of medicine group(DA 100 mg/kg),high dosemedicinegroup(200 mg/kg(DA),a total of five experimental group.The back of the neck in normal mice injected physiological saline,model group and decanoic acid dosage group,all the back of the neck subcutaneous injection of D-galactose solution.Low dose group,medium dose group,and high dose group of mousesubcutaneously decanoic acid.8 weeks after the mouse to observe the behavior changes,neurons in brain tissue in mouse to observe brain pathology change,detection of PPAR gamma,NFΚB protein content in brain tissue and detect the levels of serum TNF alpha,i NOS factor.Results:Decanoic acid various doses improve learning and memory ability,class neurofibrillary tangles(NFT)and other pathological changes is not obvious,neurons damage degree were lower than the model group,mouse in brain tissue PPAR gamma,NFΚB,as well as the content of serum TNF alpha,i NOS were lower than that of model group.Group of the most significant at high doses.Conclusions:Decanoic acid can improve AD model of A certain degree of learning and memory ability in mouse,lighten the neuron damage degree,reduce some AD mouse inflammatory component expression,its mechanism may be reduced by excited PPAR gamma expression NFΚB,TNF alpha,the generation of iNOS.
