Operation Performance Evaluation Of Medical Liability Insurance In Gansu Province

Medical liability insurance in 1920 s in the United States,the development time of nearly one hundred years,has experienced four stages,respectively is the silent stage,rising stage,and the stage of the take-off stage of insurance.The birth of medical liability insurance effectively protects the rights and interests of hospitals,doctors and patients.With the deepening of China's medical and health reform,the awareness of patients' rights protection has been generally improved,and the medical disputes in recent years showed a significant growth trend.How to effectively disperse the risk of medical responsibility and resolve the contradiction between doctors and patients? This has become a hot issue of social concern.The introduction of medical liability insurance,not only to achieve the double goals to compensate for damage and transfer risk,but also to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients,which is undoubtedly an ideal choice.This paper uses theoretical analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method,questionnaire method and interview method,these methods for the operation of the medical liability insurance in Gansu province are analyzed,the thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,literature review,research methods.The second chapter is an overview of the medical liability insurance,which mainly introduces the definition and content of medical liability insurance and the significance of carrying out medical liability insurance.The third chapter is the analysis of the development of medical liability insurance in Gansu province.Mainly elaborated from Gansu Province,medical liability insurance,medical liability insurance policy in Gansu Province,Gansu Province,the management mode of medical liabilityinsurance claims in Gansu province and the implementation of medical liability insurance in the process of shortage etc..The fourth chapter is the analysis and construction of evaluation index system of Gansu Province medical liability insurance performance,mainly through the analysis of statistical data to understand the specific implementation of the standard rules and the related policy of medical liability insurance insurance companies and medical institutions for the current understanding of the cognition of medical liability insurance in Gansu province through the questionnaire survey and insider interview way.Through the selection of evaluation indicators and standard values and weights,the Gansu Provincial Construction of medical liability insurance operation performance evaluation system,and then through the relevant data collection and simple calculation to get the performance evaluation results of medical liability insurance in Gansu province.The fifth chapter is based on the results of the previous analysis,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the performance of medical liability insurance in Gansu province.In this paper,through the performance evaluation of Gansu Province medical liability insurance situation,summed up the factors affecting the development of medical liability insurance in Gansu Province,the theoretical research and field investigation and interview combining research and analysis,it is found that there exists a Gansu medical liability insurance operation problems.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
