Objective:To analysis the clinical and pathological data of the early colorectal carcinomas after non-curative resection, and explore risk factors contributing to the disease-free survival rate of patients who suffer the endoscopic non-curative resection. Methods:During January 2009 to January 2015,data of endoscopic resection of early colorectal carcinoma and intraepithelial neoplasia were collected.Including general information and pathological data.Analyzing on factors of the influence on disease-free survival rate of the early colorectal carcinoma after endoscopic non-curative resection.Disease-free survival was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method, and the differences were compared using the log-rank test.Cox regression analysis was used to calculate hazard ratios for metastasis/recurrence.Results:A total 840 cases collected.According to China's endoscopic screening, diagnosis and treatment guidelines of early colorectal cancer,56(56/840,6.7%)cases included in the non-curative resection, the metastasis/recurrence rate was 14.3%(8/56),3-year disease-free survival rate was 85.7%(48/56),3-year overall survival rate was 94.6%(53/56).Univariate survival analysis found that the low differentiation(P=0.010,?2=6.711),submucosa invasion depth>2000?m(P = 0.009,x2=6.745)and vascular/lymphatic invasion(P = 0.005,?2 = 7.708)have significant influence on patient's 3-year disease-free survival.Cox regression analysis found lesions that low differentiation(P=0.015,HR=8.021,95%CI:1.499-42.921),invasion depth>2000?m(P=0.023,HR=6.823,95%CI:1.299-35.848)and vascular/lymphatic invasion(P=0.009,HR=18.143,95%CI:2.079-158.358)are independent risk factors for the disease-free survival rate of the early colorectal carcinoma after endoscopic non-curative resection. Conclusion:At present, the evaluation criteria of curative resection for the early colorectal cancer after endoscopic resection are inadequate and inaccurate, and need to further improve and perfect. We find that for the early colorectal carcinoma after endoscopic non-curative resection lesions, low differentiation adenocarcinoma, submucosa invasion depth>2000?m and vascular/lymphatic invasion are independent risk factors.
