Objective:The objective of this thesis is to explore the effect of the treatment of severe patellofemoral arthritis with the method of denervation to patellofemoral joint under arthroscopy.,in order to promote the clinical treatment. Methods:We review from January 2012 to January 2016 in our hospital 44 patients with anterior knee pain is the chief complaint of up and down the stairs and squat when the pain was more pronounced among patients,18 cases of male patients and 26 female patients, aged 49-68 years old,the average age of 58.7 years, the average duration of2.8 years,in obtaining patient consent the patients of patella were analyzed under patella patellar plasty + clean + peripheral denervation and after surgery, preoperative and postoperative 6 months were FELLER Lysholm score, patellar score,Kujala knee joint femoral muscle group standard for evaluation,EMG and shoot patellar axial slices, compared with preoperative assessment, patellar tracking correction. To observe the occurrence of medial dislocation of patella and the incidence of reflex dystrophy and ischemic necrosis, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and the surface EMG of the femoral muscle group.Measurement data were compared between groups using t test, the group comparison using paired t test, count data using the test,P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results:All patients were followed up for an average of 16.5 months. No complications such as infection, nerve, vascular injury and medial patellar dislocation occurred. Before and after surgery were treated with FELLER Lysholm score, patellar score,Kujala knee joint standard for evaluation before and after surgery, there were significant differences in scores of less than 0.05 P.In the study group,43 cases of patients with femoral muscle activity surface EMG test results were achieved, with a total effective rate of 97.73%,compared with preoperative difference was statisticallysignificant(P<,0.05).Conclusion:Through the method of denervation to patellofemoral joint under arthroscopy, the patella and lateral support forming belt release so that the symptoms are relieved and improved, the therapeutic purposes are reached.
