Background:Locking plate is widely used in the treatment of fracture,but its basic principle has not fully elucidated.Objective:To explore the principle of locking plate in a role in the treatment of fractures,comprehensive evaluation of locking plate in the treatment of fracture effectiveness.Methods:To collect researches from January 2000 to May 2017 by computer,from CKNI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,MEDLINE?PubMed,OVID,ISI Web of Science,APS Journals,ScienceDirect Journal,SpringerLink of locking plate for fracture.Each database were searched both in English and Chinese.Chinese search terms are as follows:Locking plate,Locking compression plate ? Less Invasive Stabilization System?Fracture?Polyaxial locking plate?Far cortical locking.The corresponding English search teams are Locking plate ?Locking compression plate? Less Invasive Stabilization System?Fracture?Polyaxial locking plate?Far cortical locking.Results,Total of 88 retrieved researches,retaining 48 for review,exclude 40 researches.Conclusion:Locking plate is widely used in limbs fracture,and has obtained the good curative effect,at the same time,It has its indications,and also need to pay attention to its complications.Polyaxial locking plate has its limits.Far cortical locking needs to be more clinical validation...
