| BACKGROUND:The majority of autologous skin of large area deep burn patients were destroyed,and the burn wounds exposed to the outside world,so it was urgent to transplant autologous skin,however,those patients lack of autologous skin to transplantation.Meek skin grafting and micro skin grafting are the main means to treat this kind of burn patients.over the past ten years,the clinical efficacy of Meek skin grafting has been reported,but the advantages and disadvantages of the clinical control study of skin grafting with micro particles is controversial.most of these studies are small and lack of persuasion.OBJECTIVE:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and application value of Meek skin grafting and micro skin grafting in the treatment of large area deep burn wounds.METHODS:Using computer to search the database by “Meek micrografting technique” AND“microskin graft methods”,such as PubMed(1990/2016-10)、Ovid(1966/2016-10)、Elsevier(1988/2016-10)、SPRINGER(1995/2016-10)、The Cochrane Library(1978/2016-10),"Meek skin" and "skin particles" and "burn " as the key word retrieval Wanfang database(1982/2016),VIP Chinese scientific journal database(1979/2016)and Chinese CNKI database(CNKI,1979/2016),and the selection and collection of clinical control study about Meek skin grafting and microskin grafting treatment burn wounds(CCT).After evaluating the quality of the literature included in the study,key data were collected and analyzed using RevMan 5.1 software Meta.RESUITS AND CONCLUSION:A total of 8 clinical trials involving a total of 302 patients with extensive burns.Compare with microskin graft group,Meek graft group in skin graft survival rate was significantly increased,healing time,graft fusion time,operation time and 1% burns treatment costs were significantly lower in the wound,it showed that Meek grafting could significantly increase the survival rate of skin grafts and promote woundhealing more than microskin grafting,and shorten the the operation time,and reduce the cost of treatment,the clinical application value of more advantages. |
