Backgrond : Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common clinical acute abdomen, caused by a variety of causes of pancreatic enzyme activation, characterized by local inflammation of the pancreas, with or without other organ function changes in the disease.Among them, about 20% of the AP can develop necrotizing pancreatitis(necrotizing pancreatitis,NP),1/3 of necrotizing pancreatitis of pancreatic or peripancreatic necrotic tissue will be secondary infection, that is infected pancreatic necrosis,IPN).Infected pancreatic necrosis is a serious complication of AP,which worsen the prognosis of acute pancreatitis and usually requires intervention.Traditionally, the most widely used method is open surgical necrosectomy but it is burdened by high morbidity and mortality rates. In the last two decades the treatment of IPN has significantly evolved from open surgery towards minimally invasive techniques. Objective: So as to provide a better treatment for clinical reference, through the summary of the current infected pancreatic necrosis of the various minimally invasive treatment. Methods:In “infected pancreatic necrosis, acute necrotizing pancreatitis, infection, surgery, minimally invasive treatment,step-up treatment”and other keywords to find out the related research in the treatment of infected pancreatic necrosis. Results and conclution: There are a large number of literatures on minimally invasive treatment of infected pancreatic necrosis. The results of these studies show that IPN delayed intervention is superior to early intervention, minimally invasive treatment is superior to surgery in terms of morbidity and mortality, and no single approach is optimal for all patients, the best way to be individual step-up treatment.Treatment of infected pancreatic necrosis requires a multidisciplinary team of endoscopic physicians, surgeons, interventional radiology and intensive care, and requires more prospective research to conduct deeper exploration.
