Objectives:Accessed through semi-structured and using paper questionnaire to evaluate of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease(CHD)patient's self-perceived burden(SPB)after percutaneous intracoronary arterial stenting(PICAS).In order to reduce patient's SPB,promote disease recovery, and provide a gist for health workers to take intervention. Methods:This study is divided into two parts.Since March 2016 to January 2017,researcher choose two comprehensive level of first-class hospital in nanchang city of cardiology inpatient and outpatient care of patients after PICAS as the research object.Phenomenological approach of qualitative research in the first part, and the material collection ways use in-depth interviews, participant observation, the material use Colaizzi's seven step analysis method to analyze and organize, and describe their SPB response and experience due to illness. The study second part, using the Self-Perceived Burden Scale,Comprehensive Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and The MOS 36-item short form health survey to assess 153 patient's SPB,anxiety, depression and quality of life and their correlation. The data using SPSS17.0statistical software to descriptive analysis,t test, single factor analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis. Results:The first part: adopt the method of qualitative interviews and the material to summarized five topics: disease factors, the economic burden, the psychological feeling of guilt is overweight, lack of rehabilitation knowledge about the disease and failed to realize self value. The second part: questionnaire survey result burden of young and middle-aged patients after PICAS total score is 32.15±8.96.It contains the body burden, emotional burden and economic burden dimensions, their scores were 5.35±1.90,19.51±-5.58 and 5.58±-8.96.Single factor analysis showed that patients with different age groups, the current working status, family income, number of stents, knowledge about illness, and combined with complications were influenced patient's SPB,statistically significant(P<0.05);Correlation analysis showed anxiety, depression is closely relative to patient's SPB;negative correlation with the quality of life;Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis results showed that the quality of life, depression, the current working status(work),the understanding of disease and family income were patient's SPB important influence factors.Conclusion:1.The SPB of young and middle-aged patients after PICAS at a moderate level.2.The young and middle-aged coronary stenting in patients with anxiety, depression incidence rate is higher, and they are closely relative to patient's SPB;The low level of quality of life is negative correlation to patient's SPB.3.The patients' quality of life, depression, the current working status(work),the knowledge about disease and family income are the influence factors of young and middle-aged patient's SPB after PICAS.4.Through qualitative research Combined with quantitative research,it can make this study more comprehensive to discuss the influence factors of young and middle-aged patient's SPB after Coronary artery stent implantation,it also take the drawback of the single qualitative research and quantitative research complement each other.
