Objective:This study aims to investigate current state of workplace bullying in clinical nurses of tertiary level 1stclass general hospitals of Nanchang.To analysis influencing factors of workplace bullying in nurses,and to investigate the relationship between workplace bullying and post-traumatic stress disorder in nurses;To provide a theoretical and scientific basis for the intervention of workplace bullying in nurses.At the same time,managers can effectively manage workplace bullying in nurses,avoid or reduce the negative effects of workplace bullying,and would improve better construction of nursing team.Methods:1.The clinic nurse: the clinic nurse were sampled by stratified sampling combined with multistage sampling.A total of 410 clinical nurses of tertiary level1 stclass general hospitals of Nanchang were selected as the research object,and conducting a questionnaire survey.2.Research tools: There are three parts in total,including General information questionnaire,Negative acts Questionnaire Revised?PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version.3.Statistical methods: all valid data will be collected using spss18.0 statistical software for analysis and processing.Measurement data are expressed as mean±standard deviation(X ± S);using constituent ratio or rate to describe the enumeration data;using multiple linear regression to evaluate the influencing factors of workplace bullying in nurses;using Pearson correlation analysis to evaluate the correlation between bullying workplace and PTSD in nurses.Results:1.Current state of workplace bullying in nurses: 63.66% of clinic nurses admit to being bullied in the workplace during the previous 6 months,among which 12.63% of clinic nurses admit to being bullied seriously.Such factors such as age,marriage status,professional titles,length of employment,position,the nature of employment,cultural level and frequency of night shift have great influence on bullying atwork.The results of Chinese version of NAQ-R have statistical significance(P<0.05),While different department and one child or not have no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Correlation analysis of workplace bullying and post-traumatic stress disorder :The scores of Chinese version of NAQ-R has positive correlation with scores of PCL-C and when r=0.633 and P<0.001 it has statistical significance.The scores of Chinese version of NAQ-R has correlation with scores of PCL-C3 dimensions,and when r=0.589,0.536,0.528,P<0.05 it has statistical significance.3.Multiple linear regression Analysis of Influencing factors of workplace bullying : the total score of Chinese version of NAQ-R was taken as dependent variable,and the multivariate linear regression analysis was carried out with general information of nurses,the total score of PCL-C and the score of each dimensions.There are 4 variables of the equation finally,such as length of employment,repeated experience dimension,the total score of PCL-C and marriage status.Conclusion:1.Clinical nurses suffer a higher incidence of workplace bullying(63.66%),but there is no system-scientific solutions,should take effective interventions to reduce adverse consequences of workplace bullying.At last,maintaining the physical and mental health of nurses.2.Workplace bullying exists in the nurses,which is influenced by age,marriage status,professional titles,length of employment,the nature of employment,cultural level and frequency of night shift.Of which 36 to 45 years old,married,the title for nurses,working life more than 21 years,contract nurses,higher education,frequency of night shift> 15 nurses suffer more bullied3.There was a significant positive correlation between workplace bullying in the workplace in clinical nurses and post-traumatic stress disorder.The higher degree of workplace bullying,the higher level of post-traumatic stress disorder;the less degree of workplace bullying,the lower level of post-traumatic stress disorder.
