Objective:To evaluate the immunogenicity of meningococcal vaccine contained the components of serogroup A and serogroup C in Children under 15.And provide basic data for the revision of immunization strategies associated with meningococcal vaccines.Methods:Searching the literature about Men V immunogenicity in PubMed,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMd),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,MEDLINE,EMBASE and Cochrane central register of controlled trials.Choose to study without a meningococcal vaccine immunization history before or within 3 month unvaccinated children meningococcal,after 1 month to vaccination by Serum Bactericidal Antibody Assay(SBA)and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)to detect the serum antibody positive short-term seroconversion rate and antibody geometric Mean Concentration(GMT)as outcome indicator.The seroconversion rate in all studies were analyzed by R software 3.2.0 and RevMan5.3,Different grouping merged all the serum antibody positive rate,and control study of combined effect of RR,analysis of GMT is described.Results:A total of 64 articles were included,covering 32 journals.The frequency of "Vaccine","China Vaccine and Immunology" and "Chinese Journal of Biologetics" was the highest,accounting for 10.93%.There are 20 literatures,accounting for 31.25%of the literatures of the quality evaluation score of 30,accounting for 60.94%between 6 and 10,and 5 in the literature.The study area covers a total of 14 countries.Domestic research groups are mainly concentrated in Guangxi,Jiangsu,Henan,Zhejiang,Guizhou,Sichuan,Guangdong,Guizhou,Yunnan,Liaoning,Shandong and other regions.After two doses of meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in children aged 3?8 months,serologic response against serogroup A of subjects showed 33.98%(95%CI:26.33?41.63)After two doses and one doses of meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in children 6?24 months,serologic response against serogroup A of subjects showed 86.15%(95%CI:79.94%?91.42%)and 68.29%(95%CI:60.57?75.12).After single doses of meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in children aged 2?15 years,serologic response against serogroup A of subjects showed 87.31%(95%CI:78.58?94.10).After two doses and one doses of meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in children under two years-old,serologic response against serogroup C of subjects showed 49.00%(95%CI:20.20?78.49)and 47.55%(95%CI:26.70?69.30).After single doses of meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in children aged 2?15 years,serologic response against serogroup C of subjects showed 89.36%(95%CI:81.17?95.51).After three doses and two doses of meningococcal conjugate vaccine in children under one years-old,serologic response against serogroup A of subjects showed 96.73%(95%CI:90.18?99.95)and 96.15%(95%CI:87.14?100.00),respectively.After one doses of meningococcal conjugate vaccine in children 6-24 months,serologic response against serogroup A of subjects showed 96.93%(95%CI:95.16?98.35).After single doses of meningococcal conjugate vaccine in children aged 1?15 years,serologic response against serogroup A of subjects showed 94.43%(95%CI:90.77?97.25).After three doses,two doses and single does of meningococcal conjugate vaccine in children under one years-old,serologic response against serogroup C of subjects showed 96.75%(95%CI:95.77?97.61)?97.42%(95%CI:94.62?99.30)and 93.58%(95%Cl:71.98?100.00),respectively.After single doses of meningococcal conjugate vaccine in children aged 1?15 years,serologic response against serogroup C of subjects showed 90.27%(95%CI:82.80?95.84).Compared with MPSV in children under two years-old,the RR of serum conversion rate of antibodies against serogroups A after immunization with MPCV was 1.18(95%CI:1.14?1.23).In children aged 1?15 years old with MPCV,the RR of antibody positive rate against group A after immunization were 1.04(95%CI:1.02?1.06).Compared with MPSV in children under one years-old,the RR of serum conversion rate of antibodies against serogroups C after immunization with MPCV was 1.31(95%Cl:1.18?1.45).In children aged 1?15 years old with MPCV,the RR of antibody positive rate against group A and group C after immunization were 1.27(95%Cl:1.21?1.35).Conclusion:Compared with the meningococcal polysaccharides vaccine,the meningococcal conjugate vaccine produced better immunogenicity combination in over 2-year-olds.Meanwhile,the polysaccharide vaccine and the conjugate vaccine can produce higher protection in children aged 2 to 15 years.
