Objective With the development of gene technology and vaccine, a large number of studies on the safety and immunogenicity of hepatitis A vaccine continue to emerging, there are RCTs or case-control studies. But the results are inconsistent. There is no evidence about EBM to guide the application of safety and immunogenicity for domestic vaccine of hepatits A.This study was designed to evaluated the efficacy and immunogenicity of hepatitis A vaccines by Meta-analysis. The study want to guide the application of hepatitis A vaccines. Methods Publication addressing the Immunogenicity and Safety of Domestic Hepatitis A Vaccines were selected from the MEDLINE,EMBASE,CNKI,CBM and VIP and other databases.Data was extracted from the studies by2independent reviewers. The Mata-analysis was performed by Revman5.2software.From these data, odds ratio(OR) with95%confidence interval (CI) were calculated. The study evaluate the efficacy and immunogenicity of hepatitis A vaccine using the methods of Cochrance meta. Results The results show that we search759studies, including electronic literatures and other sources. According to our inclusion and ecclusion criteria of meta-analysis, we included30studies ultimately. The analysis of immunogenicity showed that there was no statistically significant between domestic inactivated and live attenuated vaccine, domestic and imported inactivated vaccine, hepatitis A vaccine and hepatitis A and B vaccine.we analyzed the hepatitis A antibody, there was no statistically significant. The results of sfety showed that there was no statistically significant between domestic and imported inactivated vaccine; the adverse rate of live attenuated vaccine was lower than inactivated vaccine; Inactivated vaccine of hepatitis A have more safety than combined vaccine of hepatitis A and B.Conclusions Domestic vaccine of hepatitis A have good immunogenicity and safety. But because of low quality of included literatures, the results of study still needs to include more large sample, multi-center RCT to be confirmed.
