Objective: To evaluate the value of different kinds of elastic modulus value computed by shear wave elastrography (SWE) technology in differentiating breast benign and malignant solid lesions.Methods: SWE technology was performed in 156 cases of breast solid lesions to detect the elastic modulus value including the elastic modulus maximum (Emax), the average elastic modulus (Emean), the elastic modulus distribution of quantitative indicators (Esd) and the ratio between the Emax of breast solid lesion and the Emax of normal breast tissue (Eratio), diagnosing the boundary value and the sensitivity,the specificity of the four different data respectively.Results: The elastic modulus value of breast solid lesions were statistically significant,including Emax, Emean, Esd and Eratio. As the ROC curve displayed, when the Youden index reached the maximum, the sensitivity of Emax,Emean,Esd and Eratio were 82.2%, 74.4%, 83.3%, 85.7%,the specincity of Emax, Emean, Esd and Eratio were 96.8%, 90.4%, 93.4%, 95.1%.Conclusion: The elastic modulus value of breast solid lesions have the important significance in the evaluation of benign and malignant breast solid lesions diagnosis.Contrasted with the other elastic modulus value , the Eratio and the Emax has the more important significance.
