Risk Factors And Hemodynamics Simulation Of Rupture Of Paraclinod Aneurysm

Objective: To investigate the risk factors of rupture of paraclinod aneurysm and to study the relationship between qualitative hemodynamic characteristics and rupture of paraclinod aneurysm,and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical evaluation and treatment.Methods: The clinical data of 96 patients with paraclinod aneurysms were collected from the Department of Neurosurgery of Yi jishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College.The patients were divided into two groups: ruptured and unruptured group.The age(age of the two groups were> 60 years old,≤ 60 years old),history of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,coronary heart disease,smoking history,history of alcohol consumption and aneurysm morphology,analysis by chi-square and logistic multivariate analysis.The hemodynamics model of paraclinod aneurysm was established and the rupture and rupture of the aneurysm Flow dynamics.Results: A total of 96 patients were enrolled in the study.Among them,70 were female(72.9%),26 were male(27.1%),male and female were 1: 2.69,aged 29-79 years.There were 11 cases(26.9%)in the male group and 21 cases(30%)in the female group.10 cases(18.7%)were ruptured at age ≤ 60 years old group 18 cases(41.7%)were ruptured at age> 60 years old group,5 cases(20.8%)were ruptured in the smoking group and 23 cases(31.9%)in the non-smoking group,13 cases(38.2%)were ruptured in the drinking group,15 cases(24.2%)had no rupture in the drinking group,16 cases(38.1%)(22.2%)in the hypertensive group and 7 cases(35%)in the diabetic group and 21 cases (27.6%)in the non-diabetic group.There were 3 cases(42.9%)in the coronary heart disease group and 25 cases without coronary heart disease(28.1%),21 cases(25%)were ruptured in the regular group of the aneurysm,7 cases(58.3%)were ruptured in the irregular group,11 cases(22.9%)were ruptured in the simple group,17cases(35.4%)were ruptured in the complex group;13cases(23.2%)were ruptured in the flow stable group,15 cases(37.5%)were ruptured in the flow unstable group;14 cases(43.8%)were ruptured in the inflow concentration group,14 cases(43.8%)were ruptured in the inflow diffuse group;21 cases(25.3%)were ruptured in big impengement size group,7 cases(53.8%)were ruptured in small impengement size group,Chi-square analysis age,aneurysm shape,inflow and impact group were associated with rupture of paraclinod aneurysm(P <0.05).Sex,smoking,alcohol consumption,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,coronary heart disease,and intracranial blood flow were correlated with the incidence of paraclinod aneurysm rupture And there was no significant correlation with the paraclinod aneurysm rupture(P> 0.05),logistic multivariate analysis showed that the age of> 60 years old,aneurysm irregular shape,incident flow and small impact area has significant statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.In the patients with paraclinod aneurysm,the number of females is more than that of male,the ratio is 2.69: 1.2.The age of over 60 years old and the irregularity of aneurysm are the factors significance related to the rupture of paraclinod aneurysm,sex,hypertension,crown heart disease,diabetes,smoking and drinking history are not considered associated with bedside aneurysm rupture.The hemodynamic qualitative analysis based on 3DRA image data showed that the inflow and small impact areas were significance related factors of rupture of the paraclinod aneurysm.The flow pattern was not considered to be related to the rupture of the aneurysm.
