Objective In this study,we investigated the effects of point massage on the heart rate, blood pressure and pain of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,it provides an effective interventions for clinical nurses, promote the postoperative recovery of patients and further improve the quality of life. Methods In this study,192 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients were selected from Jinzhou Maternal and Infants' Hospital from June 2015 to May 2016,which were divided into control group(96 cases)and experimental group(96 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given additional 30 minutes point massage at 6h and 12 h after the surgery beside the routine nursing care. The visual analogue scale(VAS),functional activity score(FAS),heart rate and blood pressure of two groups of patients before and after 6h and 12 h treatment were evaluated.By using Statistical software 20.0,?2test and Nonparametric test for general data;Independent T-test and Variance was used to analyze the VAS score, heart rate and blood pressure;Nonparametric Test was used for FAS rating.Results1.During the treatment,16 patients were removed from the sample group of192.Final,there were 176 patients: the control group of 88 patients, the experimental group of 88 patients.2.The VAS score, heart rate and blood pressure before and after 6h intervention in the two groups were compared by using the t test of independent samples, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The VAS score, heart rate and blood pressure of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention of 6h were compared with those of the12 h after the intervention of with the repeated measures analysis of variance of multiple factors at the same time. There is statistically significant in VAS score, heart rate, blood pressure(P<0.05).The pain levels were different at different times(6h before the intervention,6h after the intervention,12 h after the intervention),that is,the three were accompanied by time;In addition to heart rate, there are statistically significant difference in VAS score, blood pressure intervention(P<0.05)between control and experiment group.Different types of intervention(test group, control group)to relieve pain after surgery and stable blood pressure in patients with different effects, but no difference in the impact of heart rate; There were significant differences in VAS score, heart rate value, blood pressure between the group and the intergroup factors(P <0.05).There is an interaction between the group and the intergroup factors, that is,the change of the three is different with the time.4.The difference of VAS score and blood pressure between the two groups after 6h of intervention and 12 h after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate of the two groups after 6h intervention, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),12 h after the intervention of the heart rate, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The FAS scores after 6h of intervention and after 12 h of intervention in the two groups were compared with the nonparametric rank sum test, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.There is pain in gynecological patients after laparoscopic surgery.2.The point massage can effectively relieve postoperative pain response for gynecological patients after laparoscopic surgery.3.Point massage can stabilize the fluctuation of blood pressure. The patient's heart rate is not sensitive to point massage. But after two consecutive point massages, heart rate will be stable to a certain level.
