Research On The Index System For Performance Assessment Of ICU Nurse Based On KRIF Model

ObjectiveThis study aimed to develop a set of scientific reasonable and concise ICU nurse performance assessment index system.It based on “KRIF four essential factors of performance assessment model” and combined with characteristics of ICU clinical nursing.MethodsStage 1: Preliminary indicators of ICU nurse performance assessment index system based on the KRIF model were built,through searching literature,consulting experts and brainstorming.Stage 2: Three rounds of expert consultations with the Delphi method were taken,making importance evaluation to the indicators of ICU nurse performance assessment index system.Then expert opinions were collected,organized,modified,getting conclusion of ICU nurse performance assessment index system.Stage 3: A matrix was built using Microsoft Excel 2013.The weights of ICU nurse performance assessment index system were determined at all levels.Some parameters of importance assignments graded by experts were calculated on all the indicators,such as mean,standard deviation,expert opinion coordination coefficient and significance test of harmonious degree.ResultsEffective recovery rates of three rounds of expert questionnaire were94.44%,100% and 100%.In the first round consultation,the means of importance assignments at all levels were 3.88~4.94;the second round means were 3.88~4.88,both greater than 3.5 points;In the first round consultation,the coefficients of variation of importance assignments at all levels were 0.05~0.21;the second round coefficient of variation were 0.07~0.21,both less than 0.25.Experts coefficient was 0.85,greater than 0.7.Expert opinion coordination coefficient(W)of two rounds were 0.266 and 0.254,and significance test was P<0.05.Calculate weight of all indicators with analytic hierarchy process,and check the consistency.After three rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the ICU nurse performance evaluation index system was built.The system included 4first-level indicators,9 secondary indicators and 33 level 3 indicators.ConclusionsThis study established a set of ICU nurse performance assessment index system with Delphi method based on “KRIF four essential factors of performance assessment model”.Also had determined the weight of each index with certain scientific.This study had important significance for perfecting ICU nurse performance assessment system,improving scientific management and stabling nurse team.
