The Effect Of Different Pain Management Mode For Arthroscopic Adhesiolysis In The Extension-contracture Ankylosis Of Knee

Objective In this artcle,to evaluate the treatment effecf of postoperative elecoxib capsules combine cocktail multimodal analgesiam for arthroscopic adhesiolysis in the extension-contracture ankylosis of knee.Methods A series of patients aged from 14 to 56 were undergoing arthroscopic adhesiolysis from January 2012 to September 2016,who were diagnosed with the extension-contracture ankylosis of knee.They were divided into two groups,who were undergoing arthroscopic adhesiolysis.the duration of follow-up was 6 months.Group A patients(n=21)did profess to convinced Celecoxib capsules after and not inject of multimodal analgesia during operation.Group B patients(n=20)received Celecoxib capsules before operative and multimodal analgesia during operation.Ostoperative visual analog scales(VAS)was evaluated for pain after operation.The range of motion and The Hospital For Special Surgery(HHS)knee score also was used to evaluates the treatment efeect of this procedure during follow-up.Results 1.The VAS scores,12 h ?1 day and 2 day for pain at rest,were Significantly lower in Group B than in Group A(P<0.05);The VAS scores 3 dayand 4 day postoperative were not different.2.The VAS scores,2 day and 3 day for pain in activity,were Significantly lower in Group B than in Group A(P<0.05);The VAS scores were not different 1 week after operation.3.the degree of passive activity 2 day and 14 day after operative were significantly higher in Group B than in Group A(P<0.05).but the motion of flexion were not different after 1?3?and 6 month.4.It was statistically significant compared The HSS score between preoperation and postoperation in the Group A and B.Conclusion Celecoxib capsules combine cocktail multimodal analgesia can reduce the overall pain intensit..Celecoxib capsules combine cocktail multimodal analgesia can improve the range of passive activity 2d-14 d postoperative,and advance rehabilitation.But the range of passive activity 1 ?3?and 6 month postoperative and the HHS 6 months postoperative were not different.
